A lovely place to stay when you are in Athens! Perhaps a bit further away from the 'tourist centre', but therefore so pleasant. After a day full of impressions it was wonderful to 'come home'. And what was so wonderful: you didn't have to leave the neighbourhood in the evening! In the immediate vicinity there are many nice restaurants, trendy coffee bars on the nicest squares. Lively and in the middle of the daily life of the inhabitants! The apartment is beautiful, quietly located and is equipped with everything you need. The building beautifully renovated. The only thing is that we are still curious about the other 2 apartments! The shop/studio/workshop of Stravoela is around the corner and if you have even a small question, they are ready for you. Top!

This apartment and location were wonderful. The apartment was well described and the location was ideally close to attractions, metro, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The street is quiet and great for relaxing after a busy day of fun. The balcony was beautiful and so fun to sit outside. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in and they were so accommodating. They met us at the apartment and were unbelievably kind in that they picked up some fresh baked pastries and made us coffee. They responded quickly to our questions and were especially helpful in recommendations and even helped us with some of our needed transportation arrangements. We would return again and again to stay in this location without hesitation. I can recommend these hosts and location without any reservation.

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing apartment in Athens! The place is brand new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly silent in the night even though it’s located just steps away from the Acropolis and right in the heart of the city (plaka). You couldn’t ask for a better location, with tons of great restaurants and bars nearby. The beds were super comfortable we had the best sleep ever! The host, Miltos, was absolutely wonderful. He helped us to arrange a taxi from and to the airport, he was always available, and responded to messages almost instantly. Check-in and check-out instructions were crystal clear, and he even provided us with a list of recommended restaurants— all great options unfortunately, we couldn’t try them all because we stayed only 3 days! Miltos was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you so much Miltos! we will definitely be back! This is hands down the best place to stay in Athens!

Had an amazing stay at this apartment, which was located in a really safe and vibrant neighborhood. It was super spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We really appreciated having two AC units, since it can get very hot in Greece. Everything matched the description perfectly, and the Upstreet team was super friendly and easy to reach throughout our stay.

Panos was a fantastic host. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment looked exactly like it did in the photos. He even arranged our airport pickup—Yiannis, the driver, was waiting for us right on time and texted clear instructions on where to meet him. Panos gave us a warm welcome, including my dog Chewy, who immediately felt at home. The area is filled with parks, which was ideal for walking Chewy. I highly recommend staying at Panos’ !

Our stay in Athens was fantastic, and this Airbnb really enhanced the experience. It’s in a great location — easily accessible from the train, which made getting there super convenient. The host was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, even providing photos that made finding the place so much easier. The apartment is close to all the trendy shops and just a short, scenic walk to the Acropolis, with some amazing restaurants and cafes along the way. We especially appreciated the small touches — like the water bottles waiting for us in the room and the cozy robe provided for our stay. It was a comfortable, welcoming place to return to after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Athens!

Being our first time in Athens, we weren’t sure what to expect when choosing a place to stay. Chris’s apartment exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent: in a quieter neighborhood, yet still within easy walking distance of all the major sites, shopping, and dining. The unit itself is much more spacious than it appears in the photos. Having two balconies was a real bonus, we enjoyed both the morning and afternoon sun, and the view of the Acropolis is absolutely stunning! We felt right at home here and will definitely look to stay at Chris’s place on any future visits to Athens. Thank you for being such a great host!

We stayed here for two nights and we absolutely loved it! Location is perfect—just about a 15-ish minute walk or less to amazing restaurants, the acropolis/Parthenon, and public transportation if needed. Amazing 360 views of Athens on the terrace, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or coffee to relax. The AirBnb was super clean and had almost everything you need. We highly, highly, highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!!

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we felt as comfortable as if we were in our own home. There is a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. It's very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

Fantastic Airbnb experience from start to finish, Kleio has excellent communication, super friendly and helpful, the apartment is beautiful, very thoughtfully designed and contains everything you could ever think of for a home from home. I would recommend to anyone and would certainly book again got our next trip to Athens.

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

Clara was sweet and welcoming. He waited patiently for us, even though we were a little late. She had prepared a little welcome drink for us. The house had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but very communicative with buses, trams and metro. It was easy and quick to get to the center, main attractions and beaches. There were shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we didn't miss anything.

We had a wonderful stay! Too short! Absolutely loved the location! Beautifully decorated and cozy inside and out! Loved the outside patio! As others have said, it is a spiral staircase up to bedroom. A fantastic location!! Great restaurants, easy to walk everywhere! Book it!

We had a wonderful stay in Athens at Irene’s place. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfy bed and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. It was in a great neighborhood, within walking distance of the Plaka district and the Acropolis. Irene was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend her apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Athens.

Oresti’s place was wonderful. Extremely convenient and comfortable. The only complaint I can find is, as an American, having washcloths would have been nice and it took us a few minutes to find the cupboards with the dishes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends, family and clients

We had a wonderful time. Check in instructions were easy but getting used to opening the door was a little tricky at first. Our host was very responsive and helped us with our check in. The apartment was very spacious and private. The neighborhood is fantastic, walkable, and a great place to mix with the locals. We loved our times in Athens and will definitely return!

Natasa and Sotiris were wonderful hosts! Very quick responses to any questions we had during our stay and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location was perfect, as everything was walkable. The apartment is also right near a subway stop, so we were able to easily access public transit as well. Great flat, matches the description and photos. Easily walkable to the Acropolis and Plaka. Main road is not noisy in the flat but excellent access to rental cars, taxis and buses (down Piraeus). Would recommend.

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

As a local boy originally, I'm very familiar with the location, so I knew it'd be exactly what I was after. The place itself was very large, super clean, and with all the great amenities and standard. We were able to leave out bags to pick up later too.
