The idea is simple: we rent out beautiful places – and use the income to enable social organisations to use places like these free of charge. Your booking here helps support our Schiffmühle location, where the boathouse and the grounds along the Alte Oder river are regularly open to social groups at no cost. This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

By bike or car you get to one of the most beautiful lakes in Brandenburg. Hiking trails and a skater path start directly at the house. Our location is also an excellent starting point for city trips due to the very good connection to the Berliner Ring.

From the Barnim motorway triangle we are within 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn train (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car to get there. Net, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are within walking distance in 10 minutes.

S-Zepernick: By car: 3 minutes (free parking near the train station to travel by train to Berlin) Bus: 4 min.

Our location is in Panketal, right on the Berlin city border. There is a bus stop in front of the house.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 5 min walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburg Bay by the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked at any time with me.

By S-Bahn (10-minute walk), you can reach Berlin City in 30 minutes without changing trains (at Friedrichstraße station or directly at the Brandenburg Gate). Nevertheless, afterwards you will find a huge oasis of peace, with plenty of space even as a tourist with children. After the exciting day and night in Berlin, you can recharge your batteries with a meal in the modern kitchen or chill out on the terrace in the garden.
