My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto gelangen Sie an eine der schönsten Seen Brandenburgs. Wanderwege und ein Skater-Weg beginnen unmittelbar am Haus. Durch sehr gute Anbindung an den Berliner Ring ist unser Standort auch ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Städtetrips.

Die klimatisierte ruhige Gästewohnung, mit Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie Bad, befindet sich in Panketal, Ortsteil Schwanebeck, an der Stadtgrenze zu Berlin-Buch, in der Nähe des Helios-Klinikum. Vom Autobahndreieck Barnim sind wir in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Mit Bus und S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, seid Ihr in 40 Minuten im Zentrum von Berlin. Mit dem Auto dauert es ca. 30 Minuten. Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Zuhause auf Zeit

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss unseres gemeinsam genutzten Hauses ca. 8 Minuten Fußweg von der S-Bahn entfernt. Sie wurde kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großer Esstisch sowie ein Sofa und ein Fernseher. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (160 cm; 2 Matratzen) und einem antiken Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Vom Schlafzimmer kommt man direkt in das Bad mit Dusche und WC.

Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

Cozy apartment in a new building near the center of Berlin. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our space has an open plan living and dining area. Additional guests can stay on a sofa bed. The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Norden Berlins in einer sehr grünen und stilvollen Wohngegend. Euch erwartet ein top ausgestattetes, modernes und gemütliches Apartment mit Sonnenbalkon auf der zweiten Etage. Die Ferienwohnung hat 2 Zimmer auf 43 qm Wohnfläche und damit viel Platz für 2 Personen. Außerdem gibt es einen überdachten Parkplatz Höhe ca. 2,30m mit Schranke direkt auf dem Grundstück.
