Tyrolean Zeitgeist Apartment Fügen

The holiday apartment "Tiroler Zeitgeist", completed in 2021, in the "Astenhof" is located in the middle of the FÜGEN ski area in the Zillertal, 190m from the ski gondola and a stone's throw from everything the mountains have to offer. Luxuriously furnished, it offers space for 6-8 guests, who are divided into the following bedrooms: - sleeping room "Zirbe" (100% pine wood): double bed 180x200 cm - sleeping room "Fichte" (100% spruce wood): double bed 160x200 cm - sleeping room "Eiche" (100% oak wood): double bed 160x200 cm Each of these bedrooms has its own signature, with tailor-made furnishings made of real wood, according to the room name. If required, two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed (140x200) in the rustic, modern living room. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with a walk-in rain shower. A washing machine is ready for use in the larger bathroom. The high-quality kitchen with stone worktop is fully equipped with a dishwasher and other appliances. The lounge corner of the sunny Tyrolean style wooden balcony invites you to relax with a view of the Zillertal slopes.

A mountain jewel from the 18th century, lovingly restored, for groups of up to 8 people. The apartment, completely renovated, is located in the original part of the farmhouse, the small windows and the irregularities of the building make it unique. A hut paradise for self-catering, ideal for families, a retreat with friends or co-working. Not far from Munich and Innsbruck in the middle of Zillertal, between Spieljochbahn and Hochfügen, the skibus is around the corner. Just beautiful!

Our cozy apartment "Bergkristall" in our apartment Spieljoch in Fügen is the ideal starting point for an active vacation for skiing, biking or hiking in the Zillertal. The shared sauna (according to opening hours) and the communal garden invite you to relax and recharge. Our house with a family atmosphere and magnificent mountain views is located in the countryside and yet centrally, only about 300 meters from the Spieljoch cable car and only a 10-minute walk from the village center.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

I really enjoyed it. The place offers many refreshments and the connection via the federal road to the ski resorts in the Zillertal is very good. The room was absolutely sufficient for one person. Slightly clairvoyant as they are simple room doors. After a busy day of skiing, you can stay at the inn for dinner. A sufficiently large ski room is also available. All in all, I felt comfortable.

There were five of us on the road, for our annual men's(apres)ski weekend and had booked the apartment on the ground floor. Communication beforehand was very nice. All questions have been answered. Since we had a quite long arrival, we didn't arrive until 10 pm, which was no problem. Lydia was with her husband on site and patiently explained everything. All rooms were very clean and warm. Sheets and soft towels were provided. The beds or mattresses were great, I rarely slept so well and back-friendly. A ski room in the basement was available, the ski boot dryer worked well. There were two keys, so you could also split up and not forced to come or leave together.

There were five of us in the mountain suite and were very enthusiastic about the apartment and the house with sauna and jacuzzi. The possibilities for relaxation were very welcome after our ski days (Hintertux Glacier ski resort by car about 60 minutes, Mayrhofen ski resort about 15 minutes). Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was sometimes a little too fresh at 33 degrees to stay in for a long time. Even after a few minutes of heating, it only got really warm again overnight, so we couldn't use it well on two evenings. The sauna, on the other hand, quickly warmed up and also with the other guests of the other apartments you could easily arrange yourself in terms of time with the sauna and jacuzzi. The house and the view are just amazing and even more beautiful than in the photos. We would come back! :)
