Situé au dernier étage d’un appartement bourgeois avec ascenseur, le bien comporte : 1 Salon /Home cinéma Dolby surround, 1 Bureau, 2 chambres avec leurs salles de bains et toilettes privatives, 1 cuisine américaine tout équipée, 1 grande terrasse aménagée, sans vis à vis de 60m2 avec une vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur la ville et le Sacré Coeur.

Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

500 meters from metro line 7 direct historic center PARIS (Louvre, Opera, Chatelet), 4 metro stations from PARIS. Charming house of 1920, 40 m2 renovated architect. Calm and residential neighborhood, close to all shops. TV access with NETFLIX subscription included. NB: I only rent to people who already have positive reviews on airbnb. The pool and terrace are not accessible with this reservation and are subject to another listing on my profile at a different rate.

This perfectly located accommodation offers easy access to all sites and amenities. All distances on foot: shops (grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, laundromat 2 min), tram 6 min, metro 7 min, Stade de France 10 min, city center basilica 13 min, RER B 19 min, train station 20 min, RER D 25 min, free street parking. Comfortable bed (20 cm thick mattress) after a day of walking in Paris or trampling at the Stade de France.

Completely refurbished in summer 2017: a bed designed as a nest in a semi-open alcove with a canopy, bathroom with bathtub, balcony... Welcome in my central little apartment under the roof with a stunning view of the Sacré-Cœur of Montmartre, the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. A great place for a romantic gateway. At the 7th (heaven) by stairs, with such a view it worth it !

Located in the 3rd district (Beaubourg, Montorgueuil, Le Marais), the duplex (5th & 6th Floors) is very sunny and quiet, with a beautiful view over the roofs of Paris. Recently renovated, with high beamed ceilings and beautiful hardwood floor.
