Holiday houses in Papadiana

This place is perfect for people looking for the country Crete experience, while only 30minutes from closely towns. Quiet and comfy, with everything you could want for a restful holiday. All the spaces are awesome. Inside and out. Everything is immaculately cared for. Manya is an exceptional host. Meeting us and then sitting with us for Raki and snacks when we arrived. She showed us how everything worked and had 40 oranges from her own trees, along with a basket of other fruits for us. She also left us alone and we enjoyed many days of peace and quiet laying by the pool and soaking in the sun. The kitchen and all appliances worked great. Beds were comfy and the WiFi was excellent. She truly thinks of everything and more. The nearby towns of Sougia and Paleochora are both nice. Paleochora is bigger, but both have great places to eat and very friendly people. Not a single bad thing to say about this place.

It's a dream come true! This accommodation was simply perfect – from the amenities to the loving furnishings to the warm hospitality of Ksenia and Giannis. Everything is high-quality, tasteful and designed with so much attention to detail that you feel comfortable and welcome from the first moment. A real highlight was the terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea - waking up in the morning with the sound of the waves, ending the day in the evening with this panorama... priceless! The proximity to the cozy tavern, which is run by the host family, was also particularly nice. The same warm, open atmosphere prevails there as in the accommodation. We spent wonderful evenings there with delicious traditional, regional Greek cuisine, live music and a lot of cordiality. A place we think back to with a smile – and one we definitely want to come back to. A thousand thanks for everything!

Really enjoyed our stay at Phy-Sea villa! Marianna was a great host who greeted us with a tray of fruit and cheese upon checking in and provided us with several wonderful dining and activity recommendations. The place itself is peaceful and close to Chania while feeling like you are getting away. Though there are many beaches close by, we also liked having our own pool. Looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful time in the villa. Manolis was always very helpful and provided us support whenever we needed. I would absolutly recommend the villa. Especially the view is outstanding

This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Aikaterinis apartment and we were completely satisfied. The inside provides everything what we needed. The description was absolutely accurate. The fridge is very spacious and there is a freezer as well. We cooked quite a lot therefore this was very helpful for us. The pool outside is very clean and also the temperature was perfect for the hot days in Greece. You can really relax at this place because there is not a lot of tourism at this area on Crete. Also the beach in front of the house is quite nice. We put our hammock under some trees and were watching the sunrise over Paleochora. I can totally recommend this apartment, especially for couples who want some relaxing time and together.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fanis' place. We particularly appreciated the fly screens on the windows to keep out the midges. There is air-conditioning in the main area & one of the bedrooms, plus a fan in the other bedroom. We were really comfortable & the place is close to some lovely walks and beaches. Thanks Fanis for having us!

Uniquely beautiful, charming tiny house, wonderfully located between carob and olive trees, beautiful terrace with plenty of shade and seating and lounging options (as described and shown in the photos). The very friendly landlords live in the immediate vicinity (see photo 3). Thanks also to the very nice service staff Vicky, who changed the laundry in between! The proximity to Loutraki Bay is fantastic, the water there is crystal clear and wonderful for swimming. Interesting for future guests: the tavern praised in other reviews is currently (June 2025) closed, very close to an air force base, so occasionally jet planes fly - even at night. Overall recommended!

Great accommodation with spectacular views - communication, check in, stay were super easy! Around it, there are some people who can look out over the outdoor area, which did not bother us because of the few people who were there at the time. The accommodation is surrounded by a great landscape, the E4 passes directly by the house. However, the routes to the hiking areas such as the White Mountain Reserve or the highest mountain of Crete are not less than 2 hours by car. We felt super comfortable overall and would come back :)
