Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und Feldern. Natur pur! Egal ob Action oder Ruhe - der Aufenthalt ist abwechslungsreich und hat vieles zu bieten. Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung!

Due to the good location, you can quickly get to different destinations, whether Papenburg 6 km, Emden, Aurich, Werlte, Sögel or Holland. All destinations can be reached quickly, furthermore there are very nice cycling and hiking trails. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis.

Pretty private one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in a pretty look awaits dear guests! The apartment is located in a detached house . PAPENBURG is about 6 km away. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Du bist Gast einer jungen Familie, hast jedoch deine ganz eigene Wohnung! Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen angegeben, allerdings lässt sich die Couch im Wohnzimmer ausziehen sodass ohne Probleme noch ein oder zwei Kinder mitreisen können! April 2025: Wir haben eine nagelneue Küche für euch eingebaut! Mai 2026: Die Wohnung ist nun auch klimatisiert :)) Wir freuen uns, dein Gastgeber sein zu dürfen!

Zur Wohnung gehört die 24 qm große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Felder. Für ein Auto und/oder Fahrräder steht ein Carport zur Verfügung. E-Bikes können dort aufgeladen werden. Div.
