Beachfront holiday rental in Paquera

We stayed for one 1 month at Joe's place and what can I say, it was awesome. Joe himself is very kind, responsive and super chilled. He even made food for us and invited us to hang out with his friends and come to party. The hospitality was incredible. The place itself was beautiful. It is the middle of the jungle, surrounded by fruit trees, palm trees and cool animals. Very private as well. In the middle is a pool and a community place where people come together and hang out. I loved the kitchen at our house, the big fridge, the balcony and everything else. I also had a special request about synthetic fragrances where Joe made sure they avoid it before I come and I’m really thankful for that. The beach is right in front of the house, a little grocery store 5min walk and Santa Teresa is like 5min by car. The people in Costa Rica are also very friendly and kind. I can highly recommend staying at Joe's place. Thank you Joe!!

Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir uns erhofft haben und noch viel mehr. Mitten in der Natur (dem Wald und seiner Tierwelt), und doch in 15 Min. über eine Treppe (ca. 100 Höhenmeter) zum weiten Traumstrand. Ein grandioser Blick über den Wald zum Meer. Natürliches, wohlschmeckendes Wasser aus eigener Quelle, nicht chloriert! Starkes Wlan (Starlink-gespeist), abschaltbar für Strahlen-Sensible. „Profi“-Sortiment an Edelstahltöpfen/-pfannen und -messern. Absolute Stille - bis auf die wunderbaren Geräusche der Tierwelt. In der Nacht ein berauschender Sternenhimmel, grandiose Sonnenaufgänge. Bei Bedarf verleiht Joachim ein Quad / ATV, mit dem wir unsere Einkäufe tätigen und das Umfeld ausgiebig erkunden konnten. Geheimtip für Bio-Fans: Die Green World in Santa Teresa. Tip für den absoluten Flow: Mit dem Quad bei Ebbe über den Strand von Manzanillo „gleiten“. Die Betreuung: sehr kurze Antwortzeiten, schnelle, wirksame Hilfe, absolute Privatsphäre. Danke Joachim für diese Erfahrung!

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

Could not have picked a better place to stay in Santa Teresa. The host was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Place was cleaned daily and located in a great spot. You will need a lifted vehicle to get to and from the place due to the road conditions.

This property in Montezuma is ideal. Just far enough from town to have peace and quiet when desired, but also only steps to the town if some nightlife is what you are looking for. The beach location is perfect and just above the sea turtle conservation area - we were lucky enough to witness a hatching event! The grounds and pool area are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The property itself is bright and clean with lots of indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen is well stocked and the house keeper Lilly was very responsive if anything extra was needed. We loved the big bright shower with skylight. We actually were able to see monkeys in the trees right outside the window in the shower one morning! Karen, our host, was very responsive and generous with her time and suggestions. Oh and if you are looking for some out of this world fish tacos and iced coconut coffee check out Habitat just above the main village. Wow! Highly recommend!

Todo estuvo excelente! La ubicación es perfecta puedes ir caminando a la playa, el lugar es súper tranquilo y el studio súper acogedor. Tiene de todo lo que necesitas para cocinar y la parrilla es excelente

This apartment was amazing. Windows the length of the apartment looking out into nature was dreamy! Also have the apartment cleaned on a regular basis was nice, it’s nearly impossible to not drag sand in.

We had a wonderful time at Scott and Natalia’s place in beautiful Santa Teresa! We stayed at 3 places in Costa Rica, and this was by far our favorite. The location was absolutely perfect and walking distance to everything, including the beach. It was very well maintained and they even suggested an amazing excursion. We rented ATVs and went to Montezuma and a ton of small towns on our own, with their suggestion. It was our favorite day of the trip! Lots of monkey and wildlife by the pool, and beautiful beach across the road. Do not hesitate to book this 100000/10 Airbnb. Great price too! Thanks again Scott and Natalia! We will be back with friends we hope.

Echtes Dschungel Feeling - wildromantisch - Traumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer- im rustikalem Ambiente- tosende Wellen am Strand- riesiger Garten mit Tischtennis, Pool und vielen Sitz- Liege- und Hängematten zum Chillen - Tierbeobachtungen (Nasenbär, Capewara, Leguane etc…) mehr Costa Rica geht nicht 🤩💯🇨🇷 wie in einem Märchen - unwirklich schön - besonders schön war der Empfang von Ximena, die uns viele Tips für die Gegend und Aktivitäten gegeben hat- Sehnsuchtsort 🌴🏝️

⸻ Trust me—book this place. Meet Spyridon and try to tell me he’s not the nicest guy you’ve ever met! He’s incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the stay. The views are absolutely stunning and give you that lush, authentic jungle vibe—unlike some of the more modern, Miami or Beverly Hills-style homes in the area. I mean, why come all the way to Costa Rica for that? One thing to note: while the beach is nearby, the walk back is a serious uphill climb. It’s doable, but be ready to break a sweat. An ATV is definitely the way to go—but hey, that’s the trade-off for those epic views.

The sunsets alone were worth every penny!! We raced back to the house every night just to watch the colors change. The house itself is quaint, clean, organized and quite perfect! It’s small but they have what is needed to hang your clothes as there is not a lot of room to leave open luggage. Our family ran and played on the quiet beach. I think we saw 5 people total.. great hard packed sand for morning and evening walks. There was a spot that was very dirty (glass, plastic, etc) from high tide that you would want to wear shoes to walk through. Giovanni was thorough in communications and quick to respond! His directions were very much appreciated. We knew there weren’t a ton of amenities nearby. But it’s no joke, when you leave the house pack what you need as it’s not near activities and has very limited eating. Not an issue for most - just a heads up!

The home is in a lovely (gated) community. The surroundings were pretty and just steps (literally) away from the beach. We played a round of golf at the course (very nice 9 hole course). We stopped into the local grocery store to pick up a few things and made dinner. The home had everything needed to cook up a meal. Pura Vida!

Tuvimos una excelente estadía en esta propiedad. Todo estaba tal cual se mostraba en las fotos, muy limpio y cómodo. Mi familia la pasó genial y Jose, el anfitrión, fue súper atento y amable en todo momento. ¡Recomendadísimo!

Casa espectacular, exactamente igual que en fotos, lo recomiendo 100% (Si hay que tener un SUV para accesar a la casa) Pero la ubicación y las recomendaciones que me hicieron fueron excelentes!

Our family of five (with three kids under four) had the most incredible month at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, with a breathtakingly gorgeous beach just steps away. We felt completely safe the entire time, which was so important with little ones. The house itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the wonderful staff. Maureen, the housekeeper, was incredibly helpful and kind, making everything seamless for us. And we can’t recommend Domingo the cook enough—her dinners were a highlight of our trip! We used her services every night, and every meal was absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a stress-free, beautiful getaway with top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be! We can’t wait to return!

Não tenho palavras para descrever nossa experiência. Ficamos dois dias, e os dois dias choveram, por isso ficamos muito tempo dentro da acomodação, e o conforto que ela ofereceu foi fundamental para a nossa estadia. O Luís foi incrível desde o começo. Explicou perfeitamente como chegar no local, respondia sempre muito rápido e ainda nos ofereceu check in mais cedo, pois havia disponibilidade. Tivemos um problema com o banheiro e prontamente ele enviou uma pessoa para nos ajudar, a Janete, que também era uma simpatia. A acomodação era muito limpa, cozinha equipada, o quarto era uma gracinha e o espaço externo também era muito lindo e bem cuidado. A localização também era perfeita. Na hora de irmos embora Luís nos ajudou com os horários de balsa e ainda nos alertou quanto aos perigos da chuva e estrada. Não hesite em se hospedar nesse local.

Great get away for the family if you want peace from other travelers. Recommend to shop at a major grocery market prior to arriving. This is a remote getaway with 2 restaurants that are not open every day or night (Off peak season). Great hikes near by, and other things to do. If you are adventurous and would like to be at a remote destination, then this is the place for you. Tip, rent a car or ift will be extremely difficult getting around.

I was driving south and needed a place to stay last minute and Josep responded within 1 minute with my question which was great. We were traveling with two cars and there was no issue with parking. I think the listing says 1 car space available but there was room for two which was what we needed. Thank you.

Easy to access, right on main rd from Santa Teresa.Really enjoyed our stay, inside was spotless, we had a small issue with the outside covers but Nir fixed this immediately, very friendly. Beds were absolute luxury and Nir was on hand at all times to assist whenever we needed him. The only tiny drawback is the noise of trucks and motorbikes on the main road, no issue when we were inside but a little annoying outside. Loved 2x large flatscreens allowing us to chill in either room. Great outdoor space with beautiful vegetation allowing for plenty of monkey watching. Would highly recommend.
