Our house is build on the old farmland of the family Hart and till today more than 70% of the inhabitants of the neighborhood are family members. The house is build in 2020 and has all the modern requirements. The backyard is gated with a nice pool and beautiful plants and young trees. From the large porch with a long dining table you can easily keep an eye on your children in the pool.

It’s located in the middle of the island area Paradera. 7 Minutes from the airport 10 Minutes from Downtown and 12 Minutes from the high rise. There are small supermarkets nearby. We have the option to rent a car with free airport pick up. The place has a beautiful salt water pool with a waterfall that will be cleaned professional twice a week.
