Additional fees 10% TOT tax and a new 2.5% tourism fee (BCTBID assessment) will be collected as of September 1st.

This is an adorable private carriage house, alongside an iconic and historic Chico home built in 1938 for the late Senator Johnson. The property is over an acre and faces the beautiful Bidwell Park. The property sits in an ideal location for a Chico experience, with direct front access to Bidwell Park trails for walking, running, biking, hiking, swimming, site seeing, golf and lovely downtown shopping, dining and nightlife. The pool is typically open mid May through September.

BBQ while watching the game, or listening to your music. Dine indoors or out. Take a stroll downtown for a meal, Thursday Night Market, Farmer's Market or nightlife.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in North Chico, in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by walnut orchards, this is a 1,050 sq ft 2 story guest house. There is a full kitchen, wifi, pool table, two TVs with full cable, and plenty of parking, as well as access to the unheated swimming pool during the swimming season (April - Oct). We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, which is suitable for children . The cottage is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood.
