Apartment holiday rentals in Paradise Valley

I stayed here for a business trip and although I wasn’t in the room much, I thought it was a great place. It was extremely clean — much cleaner than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, which I really appreciated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus during my stay. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions before I booked, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The only thing I would mention is that it was a little hard to find the unit in the dark, since there are several identical-looking buildings and the parking lot, stairs, and walkway areas are not very well lit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

My wife and I really loved this condo. POOLS Both pools are so close. Jacuzzi water was HOT how I like it. CONDO Clean, comfortable, room for luggage, every amenity you can think of in case you forgot something. We even had to email Callista when we left. We forgot to check the name and type of mattress that was because we are buying it soon! ACCESS Easy access to the 101, Talking Stick Casino, Walmart, shops, restaurants, and my favorite Sweetwaters Tea. The condo is just in a prime location. Sad to leave.

Our stay in Lyndale’s place was fantastic! Right across the street from the fashion shopping mall, but also within walking distance to old town, 5th street shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it was very peaceful. The space was extremely clean and quiet. The host was very responsive and all instructions for check in and parking were clear and easy to follow. It was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone!

First time in an Airbnb (typically stay at high end hotel). The attention to detail and decor was above and beyond. Aaron’s flexibility and communication was top notch! Will definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend while visiting family. The place was just as expected; beautiful, clean, and comfortable. When we arrived we were unsure of where to go but the host’s assisted answered immediately and helped guide us. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The location was great; central to all things (restaurants, activities- golf, hiking, etc). We enjoyed the coffee shop and the pub on the first floor. We also really enjoyed the pool, it was so relaxing! Our only complaint was the loud street noise at night, but we made due with a sound machine. Overall our experience was very pleasant and would definitely stay again.

Kim was a great host. Her home was beautiful and prefect place to get a break from the chaos of everyday life. Her home was well taken care of and clean. The well equipment kitchen was perfect for cooking a lovely breakfast every morning. Communication was also quick. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a steal of a listing. King beds in BOTH bedrooms and beds are super comfy. (I hate memory foam and these were unlike most memory foam. They were cool to sleep on with super comfy white sheets. The sectional is comfy too. (No looks-good-for-listing sofa that nobody wants to actually sit on.) AC is cold! Hosts were so quick to respond. And Cameron even volunteered to run an errand for me. I wanted a more formal desk chair to use as I was working from the unit all week and didn’t want to sit in a dining chair. I found a cheap nice used office chair on FB Mktplace nearby and Cameron went and got it and placed it right outside the apartment for me. That was so unnecessary and super helpful as it would have been hard for me to leave to go get it. Right near old town Scottsdale and convenient to really everything. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Place was just as the photos! Such a perfect place to kick back and relax! Didn’t use the pool, but it was very nice!

Ive stayed a few times and every time I am very happy. The place is clean, Monica is extremely responsive, I love the area and the apartment is clean and beautifully decorated. Very clear instructions for check in and finding the apartment.

I had such a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive and truly thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and seamless. I slept so well! The beds were PHENOMENAL and the sheets were incredibly soft. The shower had amazing water pressure and felt absolutely luxurious. I also really appreciated feeling completely safe, and having a designated covered parking spot was a huge bonus. The decor was cozy, modern, and made the space feel like home. The patio was such a calm, relaxing spot, perfect for unwinding. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the pools were clean, inviting, and truly felt like a little oasis. The location was also great, convenient to restaurants, gas stations, and everything we needed. Thank you for creating such a peaceful and welcoming space. I would absolutely stay again. 💯 😊

The apartment is cute, king bed comfortable, close to stores and restaurants, friendly neighbours and the grounds are well kept. The location within the complex is good along with the designated parking space. There are other available spots if you have a 2nd vehicle or visitors. We had a couple minor things that needed attending and it was taken care of the same day. Laundry facilities are just around the corner close to the pool. Please note there are stairs leading up to condo so would not work for anyone that has accessibility issues. We would stay again!

Beautiful condo in a prime location, walkable to Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons. Very quiet environment, neighbors are very nice! 10/10 will come back to this place when I come back to Scottsdale, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Truly enjoyed the getaway, as it was just close enough to an event nearby, and still an oasis of calm and beautiful clean design, which is what we love. Would stay there again for sure - great hosts!
