This was our second time to stay here. it is a comfortable and peaceful place to stay!

Such a beautiful and clean place this is, not to mention the backyard is ideal for soaking up some sun. Melissa is so sweet, my toddler left his blankie behind and she went above and behind to ship it back to me. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Super cute place. Very clean and quiet. One thing we loved about the place was the beautiful flowers everywhere. It smelt really good when you walked in the backyard. They gave us our privacy and it was a super convenient location for us as our baby is in the NICU at Saint Joseph’s hospital and the location was only .03 miles away from there. They have it well stocked with anything you might need. Will definitely stay again. Thanks again

This will b my go to place when traveling thru Az. I have even recommended it to locals for their wknd stays. :) Great hosts!!! They give you your privacy but are there when u need to communicate. The home was very clean and comfortable. Had no problems at all finding the place. Area was very quiet and private also. Would absolutely stay again if needed!

My husband and I had a great stay! The pool was very relaxing and having the grill was amazing! We grilled almost every night we were there. Thank you for having us!

Staying at Bradley’s place was seamless, and in a great location near where I needed to be. Bonus points for the really effective split air A/C.! Bradley was also very responsive with any questions that I had. Thanks so much, I’ll be back.

Very private, quiet, safe, accessible - quick to get in and out each day. Perfectly clean and well suited with all windows having adequate shades which is vital for a woman traveling alone as I am most of the time. My partner did come up for the first time for a couple of the nights, and it was perfectly laid out for a couple. I usually do not like to sit on unwashed items such as couches and chairs, but this place had nearly new items. Comfort! Outside the windows are trees, so even in the city, you feel like you’re in a park or green space. Has to be the best Airbnb in Phoenix. You just couldn’t get better. I’ve stayed in many in Phoenix and truly such a sanctuary. Only downside is you park under a power line if using the spot nearest the home, so the birds decorated my car daily. I felt that the owner genuinely cared about my experience not just reviews.

Safe and private location accuratly described! Jesse was very communicative, friendly and set us up for a lovely trip to the Phoenix area. We only needed one night, but this would have been a great location to stay longer if needed :)

Martin was very accommodating, his guest house was exactly what we needed. He made us feel at home. His rescue dog and I made friends quickly, a sweet lovable pup. My boyfriend and Martin hit it off right away. I will definitely be looking to stay here again when we come into town

Wife and i stay at this Airbnb in Phoenix was absolutely beautiful and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and peaceful. The space was spotless, very clean and well maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Tajsha was awesome and Jesse was truly amazing. Both were very good hosts, kind, attentive, and respectful. They made sure everything I needed was taken care of and went above and beyond to make my wife and myself stay comfortable. We had a really good time and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Phoenix. The environment, the people, and the overall vibe were just wonderful. Everything was beautiful!

My extended stay (~11days) at this Casita was relaxing and quiet. Just the right size for a bachelor like me, or a couple traveling to Phoenix alone to visit some family or explore. The space is small, but not tiny. There’s plenty of room to spread out, but not enough to clutter. You will run into rental neighbors in the main house, mine all left me alone, and rarely used the communal outdoor spaces. I’ll definitely look at renting this Casita again if/when visiting the Phoenix area again.

This space was perfect! A beautiful guesthouse with all the amenities and nice seating area outside. Getting in and out was easy and the place is not complicated to find. The hosts were great with communication and did not bother me or contact me at all. the only thing i would say is look for some bald dude thats seems to be a neighbor to the LEFT of the front of the outside gate of the guesthouse . Dude stared me DOWN HARD every single time i went out to pick up my food delivery. it was very uncomfortable but thats not the hosts fault. i would absolutely stay here again.

THIRD TIME HERE! I love Studio B! This is my favorite Airbnb in my six years on this site. Patricia Anne and Ron are amazing hosts. I look for this availability every time I am in Phoenix. I cannot recommend it enough!!!!❤️

Stayed one night to attend ASU graduation. Perfect for a one night stay.

This is a very pretty apartment with cute decor touches and some nice amenities. It’s a guesthouse ADU situation, but it felt very private and it was super easy to come and go. Great access to different areas of Phoenix. I’m a huge Valentine fan, and I discovered Ollie Vaughn’s on this trip which I now also love - Donna’s place is just a few minutes drive from both. Donna communicated really well before and during my trip. We didn’t interact at all in person and that was fine by me as I was pretty busy with work. A/C was very effective in hot hot Phoenix June. Would stay again!

Everything was excellent! We used to live in the area and know that this location is best to have ready access to everything. The traffic is never bad, compared to other areas in the valley. Our dog and their dog were in love, so that was adorable and gave our pup something to enjoy each day. The homeowners were so friendly, but will give you your space if that's what you prefer. We would highly recommend staying here. We would definitely stay here again!
