Holiday houses in Paralia Afantou

We stayed at Anna and Sakis' house for four days and had a truly wonderful experience! The hosts were incredibly friendly and always willing to help us with anything we needed — such lovely people! The price was amazing, especially considering all the comforts the accommodation offers. The house itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful details. One of the biggest highlights is the location — it’s set in one of the most charming and tourist-friendly areas of Rhodes. Just a two-minute walk from the villa, you'll find everything you could possibly need: shops, restaurants, mini markets, cafés, seafood tavernas — everything is right at your doorstep! The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning and easily accessible on foot. Our favorite was the one locals call “Mikro Limanaki” — it literally left us speechless! There’s also frequent public transport, with bus stops just two minutes from the house, which made getting around super easy. I totally recommend!

10 of us stayed at Leonidas’s place for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. The villa is located in a beautiful, private spot right on the seafront around 30 minute drive in Rhodes old town. The property is wonderful with large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and a spacious living area. The roof terrace is stunning for sunsets and the bbq area perfect for meals in the evening. Everything was spotlessly clean and Leonidas was able to recommend a brilliant taxi company which transported us around the island. An ideal stay for groups or families.

After the misfortune we experienced (the previous bad host selection and a house advertised with false statements), we saw Anna's house while thinking about what to do with the children and sent a message, and she made the house ready for us in a very short time, within a couple of hours on the same day. They had treats for us at home, everything was as described. Anna was very helpful. Thank you very much.

I had the most perfect stay here with my two daughters. The place was like new, with an amazing bathroom with 2 sinks, huge shower and seperate loo. It was spotlessly clean, with regular towel and sheet changes. It was the perfect distance to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. All in all a great place to stay to enjoy everything Faliraki has to offer.

We spent three days in Rhodes and had a great time! The host is very friendly, helpful and accommodating, he had many great tips and it was very nice to meet him in person, he also speaks several languages fluently, which made communication incredibly easier! The accommodation itself was very clean and well maintained, as in the photos. Highly recommended!

This villa is AMAZING! Host is wonderful. We felt home from the moment we walked in and had all the comfort we needed for a relaxing holiday. She left water, biscuits, fruit and food for a breakfast. House is brand new, super clean, beds stylish&comfortable, whole house is decorated with love. Bathroom is big with two showers in one which made it fun to take showers with kids. There is a Toaster, coffee machine with capsules, filter coffee. a nice bakery 5 mins walk for morning cappuccinos everyday. Pool is in front, has great view over the mountains and in full privacy, garden at the back with a seating area, table and a brand new barbecue. Location is quiet, good to explore the island, some of the beautiful beaches in 10’ drive, supermarket, tavernas, nice pizzeria in the town. All easy! But above all, Georgia and her family are super sweet and made us feel home, responsive and helpful but very discreet. She is the most generous and kind host we’ve ever met. THANK YOU Georgia XX

It was a wonderful stay! Maria was very very sweet and always took care of it. The apartment was modern and very clean. The hot tub and rooftop were simply indescribably beautiful. The apartment was a little far from the beach, at least on foot, but you could spend the day well in the accommodation. Everything you needed was available and Maria took care that you have everything you need. Would definitely return.

The villa is just stunning! From its architecture, to the views, to the rooms and of course its one of a kind terace and pool. Every detail is carefully choosen and there went a lot of thoughts into decoration. The pictures are not enough to describe its 10/10! Tasos himself was the best host we‘ve ever had. Very helpful, from the beginning until the very last day of our stay. Everything was just easy. For sure will visit again!
