Monthly Rentals in Paralia Avlaki

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

We had a great time in this apartment in Porto Rafti. The distance to the sea and the local restaurants is walkable and I enjoyed taking my evening walks. The apartment is well equipped and the host is friendly and provides all needed instructions. We surely recommend

The hosts Regissa and Theodoris were very friendly, lift us everything explained in person about the house at check-in. So easy check Check-out was very straightforward, the time arrangements were good. The vacation home is well and purposefully furnished, including the Safety precautions are extensive (fire extinguishers etc.). Regissa and Theodoris also had something to eat and drink for the first few days. We were there at the end of March and early April, which is why in the large garden of the House everywhere bloomed. We didn't need to buy lemons, we were able to pick them fresh in the garden:-) In the vicinity there were several shops, restaurants and also a very tasty greek ice cream shop downstairs in the harbor. On the large terraces from the house overlooking the garden, we could nice to enjoy the tranquility and sun. Our stay in Porto Rafti in Eftychios’ place was perfect. He is the best and most attentive Airbnb host we have ever had! He sent plenty of restaurant recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed! He even helped arrange our transportation to the airport. It was lovely to light a candle on the porch and enjoy a bottle of wine (from our host) listening to the waves. We hope to come back someday. We were so grateful to have such a nice and clean apartment to stay in. It was comfortable and an added bonus for us as parents were the complete blackout blinds.
