The Roof Top

Agristi is the perfect island. We wanted a relaxed island without too many people and this island definitely delivered. We took a private boat tour around the island and learned of so much culture and history with a local (he was the best!). The kayak tour on the way to skala was our favorite of the trip to swim in caves and visit beaches you normally have to hike to get to! We enjoyed the main two beaches! We rented bikes for the week we were there (electric) and both were very manageable to get to! Our Airbnb was in the best location! We loved the view of the port, and our nightly hot tub fun. The shower was out of this world after hot days in the sun! We stayed many days, and our house gave more towels and sheets! Our host was kind, responsive, and great! As two solo women travelers we felt safe, and loved the character of this place! Very close to a grocery store we went often, and bakery! Highly recommend this location and AMAZING place! Everything was perfect! Worth every penny!

Despoina's Place

AhlaliaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
I will say that Agistri in November is very very quiet... there are no open restaurants but a small convenience store to be able to shop and a bakery... On the 1st day we were a little surprised but we discovered Agistri and its small villages nearby with pretty coves and nice walks to do. Desponia was very kind and provided the answers to our questions…. A nice stay but be careful village very quiet at this time... for those who like tranquility it's perfect... Bring back condiments if you stay several days and cook

Xanthi's sunshine maisonette

AleksandraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I stayed at Xanthi's place with my three girlfriends and we had a fantastic time there. The house is lovely and cozy, equipped with everything that we needed. It was very clean and comfortable, with spacious terrace and garden (with turtles in the backyard!). There were fans both in the house and outside, which allowed us to survive the high temperatures. Additionally, all windows and door have an anti mosquitoes net so we didn't have any bugs in the house. Xanthi's house is located walking distance from both ports - Skala and Megalochori. The nearest beach and supermarket are 5 minutes walking from the house. Xanthi is a lovely host- we felt very welcome and she was ready to reply to all our inquiries. She also let us check-in earlier which was much appreciated as we were tired after a long travel. After the check-out we were allowed to leave our luggage on the terrace, as we still had a couple of hours until our ferry was departing. Overally, this was a wonderful stay!
