We had a great time in the house of Mrs. Irini and Mr. Fotis: very clean accommodation with a splendid view of the village, the mountains and the sea. Irini and Fotis were very kind and attentive to every detail, with an extraordinary sense of hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. The apartment is comfortable and cozy in a great location in Ikaria. Highly recommended!

We were very warmly received by Maria's husband at the port. He drove us to the accommodation with his car. Which made the journey easier for us from the very beginning. The place is very clean and nicely decorated . Maria was so nice, she provided us with drinks and small snacks. The location of the accommodation is very central, so you can reach the cafés and restaurants on the waterfront on foot. We were with friends! This is how we felt about staying with Maria. This was a delightful little gem. It is in the centre of town and easy to access. Lots of room to spread out. Comfortable bed and couch. Paraskevi has thought of everything to make the apartment comfortable. I was able to drop back to base in between exploring the area. The town is very friendly with great restaurants and fabulous food. I felt like the only tourist in town. A very authentic place. The next village, Therma is only a 25 minute walk and is well worth a visit. As is the museum of Agios Kirykos. There are thermal hot springs in the other directions at Therma Lefkados which supposedly have therapeutic qualities. They bubble up from the ocean near the rocky shore. My host was very kind and friendly. had a wonderful time

My time there was wonderful, everything was as planned and expected. Archondoula offered me to go to a festival at the top of the mountain and her uncle drove us. Thank you again. The music there was very authentic. The location of the apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of the beautiful alleys, right on the harbor and close to the springs. You are in the middle of Greek life, sometimes you hear the school bell and the normal people in your everyday life. The roof terrace is wonderful for the morning coffee, when the sun comes, a sunscreen would be helpful here. I would give this to Archondoula as a suggestion again. Everything else is perfect.
