Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Kiveri! Die saubere Wohnung mit dem Balkon mit viel Schatten und der tollen Aussicht laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Ort Kiveri mit Restaurants und einer sehr guten Bäckerei sind schnell zu erreichen. Direkt vom Balkon aus kann man zum Kiesstrand laufen. Alles traumhaft also!

One of the best we have stayed at. The place is roomy for 6 people. A very nice size living room, convenient kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Wonderful AC. Super easy communications with hosts. Loved the location, a few steps from Syntagma square. A bit noisy late evenings but should be expected. We very strongly recommend!

This location is spectacular. At one end of the bay, you can either a ride or walk to the marina is relaxing and beautiful. The accommodation is impressive and prepared for a comfortable stay. Bikes, kayaks, sunbeds, paddleboards included. Thanks so much, we had the best stay! We dream of our return 🙏

Logement agréable avec une grande terrasse surplombant la mer. Magnifique. Nous avons été accueillis par le papa de Katerina qui est chalereux et attentionné. Seul petit reproche : pas de climatisation dans une des chambres. Malgré ce petit inconvénient, je recommande ce logement et j'y retournerai sans hésitation.

We had an incredible stay at the Kiveri Gem House. Harry was a great host — responsive, helpful, accommodating. The photos don’t do the views justice: it is stunning. The private beach is such a wonderful resource to take advantage of. If I’m in Peloponnese again, I would definitely stay at Harry’s again!

Very friendly and helpful owners. The apartment is clean and perfect for a short stay in Spetses. Central location near the port, busstation, supermarkets, ...

The view and location, along with the most beautiful garden were the highlight of our trip! Kiveri is a lovely village with good restaurants and a great place to explore the Peloponnesse from. Having access to a private beach and gorgeous garden with outdoor grill, we opted to stay put for a few days, simply taking in the view. Definitely a place we'd like to visit again, especially in spring.

Le logement est juste magnifique, calme et super bien équipé. La décoration est parfaite, je suis juste déçu de ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps. Bravo pour ce super appartement.

Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά που πήγαμε και ήταν όλα άψογα,ο κ.Γιωργος και η κα Ειρήνη εξυπηρετικοί όπως πάντα.Το κατάλυμα πεντακάθαρο βολικό και δίπλα στη θάλασσα ιδανικό για οικογένειες.

Sophie proactively told us we could leave after the checkout time on our last day. This was very helpful as the ferry did not leave until 130. Sophie also sent someone to meet us at the ferry and guide us to the house, which is very close to the waterfront. The house has a pleasant patio and friendly well fed cats. The kitchen was well stocked and included an espresso maker and espresso packets. Overall, well appointed accommodations in an excellent location with a great host.

Fantastic apartment in the centre of Spetses town for a relaxing end to my holiday. Really responsive and helpful host. Thank you, I’ll be back 🙂

The place is just like described. Recently renovated and with all you need for a short or longer term. The laundry looks like new and with all you need. I chose a time that I thought would keep me away from tourists and that would let me know the residents; but in fact, other than construction workers, there is almost no people around and almost everything was closed. At Konstantinos's there was always some people coming in or out, which was nice. The only details I did not liked much is that the sound travels easily in the property and you can hear a TV or people talking quite close. Other than that, I got a nice balcony and a very nice view to telework. The Internet and services worked as promised.

This rooftop apartment in Nafplio is excellent accommodation. The terrace has a stunning view and inside is the exact size and comfort for a great stay. It is in the heart of the old city, which is very beautiful. Areti and Dimos were fantastic hosts, who made sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had the best time at this cosy apartment literally a minutes walk to a coffee shop, a supermarket and a decent selection of local tavernas. Our hosts were super responsive and friendly, offering local recommendations and making us feel right at home. Hard recommend! They recommended we rented a car and I’m really glad we did. The beaches with loungers and amenities are a few minutes easy drive, but probably too long a walk in the high temperatures. Tonnes of easy parking and a lovely picturesque drive from the airport! Thanks for a brilliant holiday!

Η διαμονή μας στο Airbnb αυτό ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Ολα ίδια με τις φωτογραφίες και καλύτερα, διπλα στο λιμάνι ο Κ.Παναγιωτης μας βοήθησε σε όλα απαντούσε αμέσως και μείναμε κατα ευχαριστημένοι όταν ξανά έρθω στο νησί σίγουρα θα είναι το πρώτο κατάλυμα που θα ψάξω !!❤️

I had a wonderful time in Kyparissi. Spent one week here in April looking after my grandson. Aggeliki and Nicos were very helpful and caring about our comfort. Rooms are spacious and architecturally beautiful. Garden is georgeus and full of various seating and relaxing possibilities. Hope to be back soon.

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. The location is amazing; just a few steps from the beach and the local stores. Xenia and her father, Mr. Makis, are great hosts and there when you need them! Xenia's family made us feel really welcome. Fresh organic vegetables and fruits from their won garden were delivered to our door almost every day! We had a great stay and certainly will get back next summer and the summer after!

Die zehn Tage im Orangetree waren sehr schön, wir haben die Lage mit direktem Blick aufs Meer von Terrasse und Whirlpool sehr genossen. Das zusätzliche Angebot zur Nutzung von Fahrrädern für alltägliche Besorgungen oder SUPs und Kanu fürs Meer haben die traumhafte Unterkunft abgerundet. Für Frühstück und auch mal zwischendurch selbst etwas zu essen zu kochen war alles vorhanden. Wir können uns durchaus vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Die umfangreiche und freundliche Betreuung von Panos mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps und Anregungen war wertvoll.

Το σπίτι ήταν ο,τι καλύτερο για εμάς κ τα δυο παιδιά μας, η κουζίνα πλήρης και πεντακάθαρα όλα! Ολα ήταν στα πόδια μας κ η θάλασσα 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Για την κυρία Αναστασία δεν έχω λόγια, κάθε πρωί μας περίμενε έξω απ' την πόρτα και μια λιχουδια απ' τα χεράκια της, φρέσκα αυγά και ήταν τόσο διακριτική και εξυπηρετική, πραγματικά ευχαριστούμε! 10/10

Great location with incredible views.

Τα λόγια είναι περιττά στο συγκεκριμένο σπίτι και πάνω από όλα για τους οικοδεσπότες!Εχουν προσέξει μέχρι και την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια και δεν έχουν αφήσει τπτ στη τύχη του,πολύ μεράκι και πάντα με χαμόγελο! Πλήρες εξοπλισμένο δεν χρειάζεται να κουβαλάς τπτ μαζί σου!!Τι να πρωτοπώ για το πεντακάθαρο σπίτι που ντρέπεσαι να το λερώσεις!Και λόγο παιδιών ήταν αυστηρά τα κριτήρια μας!Τα καλούδια που έχει μέσα στο ψυγείο,τζάκι,τηλεόραση smart (οποιος εχει μικρά παιδιά καταλαβαίνει !)Απίθανα κρεβάτια και θα μπορούσα να γράφω για το καθετί ξεχωριστά!Εμεις το συστήνουμε και θα ξαναπάμε καθώς είναι και ένας πανέμορφος προορισμός με πολλά χωριά και δραστηριότητες να κάνεις κοντά σου!Ιππασια,χιονοδρομικά και άλλα!Σας ευχαριστούμε κ.Αντωνη και κ.Κατερινα για τη φιλοξενία σας και πάλι!Τα φιλιά μας!

Περάσαμε ένα υπέροχο Σαββατοκύριακο στο κατάλυμα. Το σπίτι ήταν απόλυτα καθαρό, μοντέρνα διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε – από καφετιέρα και κουζίνα μέχρι άνετα στρώματα και αφράτες πετσέτες. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική – ήσυχη, αλλά ταυτόχρονα κοντά σε μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια και σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Το μεγάλο μπαλκόνι ήταν το αγαπημένο μας σημείο για καφέ το πρωί και χαλάρωση το βράδυ. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει μια άνετη, ευχάριστη και φιλόξενη εμπειρία Airbnb!

This is a very spacious apartment with an equally spacious balcony/terrace to enjoy. The area itself is very quiet - a rural area with a taverna 1km away and shops 2km away. If fresh fish and artichokes are your thing, you may have found the right place. The beach (with a good arm, a genuine thrown-stone away) is long but narrow and you will need to wear swimming shoes to protect your feet. However, we had two very pleasant evening swims where the current gently moved us down the beach. We had previously stayed in Nafplio (a wonderful town!) and used our stay at Paralia Irion to explore the other end of the peninsula which includes some wonderful beaches, world-class archaeological sites and charming towns and villages. We were met by a friend of the hosts' who was very helpful. In summary, we had a lovely stay - we were very sad to have to travel back to Athens to catch our flight home!
