Highly recommend! The island itself is spectacularly beautiful!! And MariaSofi kindly gave us a wealth of local recommendations. The place was perfect, so walkable from the port, and especially lovely to be welcomed with a lovely breakfast. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful, especially when we arrived late at night, they made sure our arrival was as easy as could be. I hope to be back soon!

Wonderful apartment in walkable distance to all the key locations of Nafplio. Host George's kitchen amenities and extra towels stood out from other Airb&B places I've stayed. Having salt and pepper, water bottles on arrival and butter in the refrigerator go such a long way when arriving from a journey. The apartment was much larger than many other European apartments I've stayed in with multiple two bathrooms! Street parking was plentiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great quiet location in the old town! It was up a decent amount of stairs, which isn’t ideal for hauling luggage, but doable and worth it for the location. The fridge and cupboards were stocked with some basic groceries and snacks which after traveling a bit with kids, is nice to have as an option.

ellie had taken care of every last detail , so that it would make you feel at home. , there were all the ingredients we used for our breakfast as well as ingredients in the fridge . Cleanliness materials for either the house or personal hygiene were also available in the space ! She was willing to serve with great kindness and warmth!

Nikos & Aggeliki were amazing ! Super welcoming, friendly, very accommodating and made us feel like family, they made our stay very pleasurable. We fell in love with them! They were the best hosts we’ve ever experienced in Air B&B’s The accommodations were absolutely gorgeous private And better than described ! We would highly recommend this place, we would say that this is a bucket list, location!

A beautiful stay in the heart of the majestic town of Nafplio. The accommodation is tastefully furnished with a minimal design and equipped with all modern amenities for a comfortable visit. The hosts are wonderful—very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Do note, however, that while the location is perfect, it is only accessible on foot via stairs, as there is no direct car access. This is something to consider for those with mobility concerns.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Leon's villa, situated in a small village with its own bakery, coffee shop, pharmacy and small convenience store. The house is a 10 minute drive from the charming coastal town of Naplio and a 20 to 40 minute drive to many archelogical sites, including the Archaeological site of Mycenae and the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus. Leon's villa is beautifully decorated, confortable and clean. It is also very private and our daughters loved the pool and fragrant orange trees. Leon was a responsive and accomodating host, taking our booking request at short notice caused by electricity issues at our previous place. I highly recomend Leon's home and would love to visit again.

The house was very thoughtful, new furniture, and electronics. Dimitris is a host who is interested in offering quality hosting services, very responsive to communication. The neighborhood is very quiet but in 2 minutes walk you are in the commercial alleys. The yard of the house will enchant you!

The house was very spacious and comfort. The bedrooms were very nice and comfy. Very good AC, spacious parking, close the beach and restaurant. Katerina had left a welcome surprise for us, a breakfast basket with croissants, jams, butter and coffee. I recommend staying!

In 63 years I have traveled extensively, in many countries, and this was overall the most beautiful surprise of any place my husband and I have rented. Our hosts, Vincent and Jean-Claude, were present, warm, generous and responsive, and the house and location are beyond magical. We will return every year, for certain.

It was a great stay at the villa. The kitchen and house is well equipped. The pool is very private with an amazing view. If you come with kids, you should bring your own toys as the villa does not have any. The house is well equipped with Moskito nets in front of the windows and doors, nevertheless, we had really problems with mosquitoes one day. We realized that they provided every room with mosquito repellent refusers and the mosquito issue was almost gone 👍 The tap water is very salty but we had no problem with it. All in all, we would love to come back some day!

This was our second time staying at Frans Villa, and it was just as exceptional as our first visit. Returning to Porto Heli and this beautiful villa felt like coming home. Frans Villa continues to be the perfect getaway, offering the same comfort and charm that made our first stay so memorable. The villa remains impeccably equipped with everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest details. The private pool and BBQ area, with their stunning views of the sea, are pristine and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. One of the highlights for us is the secluded beach bay, just a short 5-minute walk from the villa. It's a hidden gem, so peaceful and unspoilt, making it feel like your own private slice of paradise. Everything was very nice, very comfortable accommodation for 4 people. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood, with parking space for the car, we were comfortable walking around Leonidio. Perhaps one of the most beautiful places in mainland Greece!!! Thank you Thodoris for the hospitality, we were very lucky to see this amazing place!!!

Perfect stay, the apartment has everything we could possibly need. It was super clean and comfortable and easy to check in, plus it was great to have parking right below. The neighborhood was quiet but walkable to everything in Nafplio.

Very beautiful place I was very pleased with Costantino and his father very friendly people. The place is very close to a Platia with a lot coffee shops, places to eat beautiful to walk up and down.
