New and super-equipped house, with pool, barbecue, planned kitchen (very complete) and air-conditioning in all environments, all rooms + living room + kitchen. A small pool to cool off, with waterfall to cool off and have fun. Barbecue and grill. It is located 04 blocks from the sea in a central region, close to supermarkets, ice cream shops, beverage distributors, etc. Nice, complete and very comfortable house!

Take the whole family to this lovely home with plenty of room to have fun. Single-story house, space for 4 vehicles, barbecue, solar-heated pool and fenced for child safety, all rooms have air conditioning, new appliances, dishwasher for 10 place settings. You can hear the sea, 1 block from the beach. Supermarket, restaurant and ice cream shop very close. We are just over 1.5 hours from Curitiba and 15 min for crossing to Ilha do MEL
