The condominium offers 24-hour concierge, which provides a lot of security. There's also an elevator and cart for you to take your luggage to the kitnet. It has a game room with pool table and foosball. To go to the beach, just cross the street. I recommend the property to everyone.

The apartment is great. Very well organized, and has a large balcony overlooking the sea. The building is on the edge of the beach itself. The internet was better than expected. The building and the neighborhood are not very loud. It has restaurants and supermarket nearby, which can be reached on foot. Douglas quickly answered all questions.

The place is great, closer to the beach than I imagined. It has a very nice centrally nearby too. And the place itself is very good the only problem unfortunately is the heat, however strong the ventilation was not being silent, my baby slept very badly , but otherwise it's all perfect ♥️

Very good accommodation, cozy family atmosphere. A place that will be marked with good memories. Nothing is more rewarding than meeting good people. The apartment has everything you need, we stayed for several days, we were going to stay longer but I rented monthly near the service. Therefore, we spent less time but the apartment has everything. Often people stop being well treated in search of luxurious places that cause embarrassment while simpler and cozier places we will be well treated which makes the environment a palace and leaves us longing.

We love spending the holiday at the property! Everything was perfect! Mr. Paulo was extremely kind and promptly attended to us in everything that was necessary. Edna is a sweetheart. The apartment was extremely clean and fragrant. As in the description, it's all very simple, but all brand new to better serve us. Very powerful fans, comfortable beds, great kitchen utensils including electric kettle, blender and Air fryer. Good TV and internet with excellent connection. The bathroom is in the laundry room, which is open, but that doesn't interfere with anything, it's well protected in the back of the apartment. The apartment is close to everything, including the Ipanema boardwalk. I recommend the stay. We were very well installed and will certainly be back.

The apartment is exactly as described. Impeccable, comfortable. New and clean kitchen utensils. We love the place, condominium with many activities for children even in rainy weather. A Jurema always very nice. I recommend it and we intend to return.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.
