The comfortable 40 m2 Bouquetin is located on the ground floor of the building. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has one bedroom with a double bed. It has a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The comfortable living room has a balcony that offers stunning mountain views. It has a sofa that converts into a double bed and can sleep 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and is connected to the living room. 5-minute walk to the slopes, shops and restaurants.

Accessible by a 75-meter-long walkway, it reveals itself as a suspended parenthesis out of time. Its private jacuzzi, not overlooked, nestled at the foot of a century-old oak tree, invites you to relax, summer and winter. At nightfall, the bed can slide outside for one night under the stars.

The comfortable family cottage is located in a small mountain village "La Motte-en-Champsaur" located at the gates of the Parc des Ecrins, but it is also the starting point for several walks and activities. The setting is exceptional because the terrace faces the steep mountain, sometimes snowy and always sunny. The cottage is ideal for "nature" stays for families or groups of friends, for a hiking stopover or a typical mountain break in complete tranquility.

The Emile is a 41 m2 2-room apartment that can accommodate 1-2 people as a couple, located across from the Grenoble SNCF station on the 4th floor (no elevator). The Emile has been specifically designed for professionals on the go, but will be suitable for everyone. The Emile is available from 2 nights, preferential rates are applied for long stays (see rates page). For everyone's sake, Emile is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
