The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Le Mas St Disdier in Devoluy

A small well equipped Gite set over three floors which includes a main bedroom with a modern en suite shower room. The Gite is attached to the main house, high in the mountains of the Southern Alps. The ski stations Superdevoluy and La Joue du Loup are nearby aprox 20mins by car Very remote spot perfect for a mountain get away. If mountain trekking, ski de randonnee, snow shoeing. biking, climbing is your passion this is the place to be.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there but you have to go: Attention access: Narrow mountain road in 4km land accessible with a rustic vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or lower-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From early December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done on a hike on foot, allow about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

Charming cottage of 45 m2 completely renovated, all comfort , in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. 4* rating for 2 people. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little bit).
