Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Parede

We just finished a fabulous five night stay and highly recommend. Gui greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the home. It is a historic home so there are some quirks, though nothing crazy. The house was a perfect size for our party of 8 (ages 12-70). The location absolutely cannot be beat - we never walked more than 15 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go which was much appreciated at the end of the night! There is noise as the home is centrally located but that is a worthwhile trade off for the location. Washer (line dry) worked well and there were umbrellas, towels, sand toys, etc for the beach. We did not cook at the house so cannot provide a review but kitchen was spacious and well stocked. There is only AC in two of the rooms but there are shutters that help keep the heat of the day out and there were two fans available as well. Especially for the price and location, this is a great home for a large group.

Wir haben uns bei Bruno und Rita sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden haben immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und waren auch persönlich sehr sympathisch. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Haus und besonders der Ausblick vom einen Schlafzimmer ist ein Traum - jede Nacht das Wellenrauschen zu hören, war einfach wundervoll. Die Küche hat auch alles, was man braucht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Super fijne locatie en hele lieve gastvrouw! Appartement was netjes en schoon en zag er nog beter uit dan op de foto's. Bij aankomst was er brood en vers beleg en eieren klaar gelegd. Gabriela bood aan om later uitchecken aangezien we de avond ervoor nog tot laat een bruiloft hadden, super lief!

If you want a real local Sintra experience then this is your place. Charming house with a lot of character, charm and history. We were a group of 6 and cooked in for dinner 2 of the three nights. Very close to town center for walking. It’s a very hilly town so if you like walking it’s great for you. Maria could not have been nicer.

L’appartamento è ubicato in una posizione molto tranquilla di Sintra ed è equipaggiato di tutto ciò che occorre per il soggiorno degli ospiti. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato proprio di fronte all’ingresso. Patricia è una persona davvero socievole e disponibile e ci accolto con molto calore. Davvero una bella esperienza ☺️

We loved our stay at Pedro & Ana's beach house, as did our one-year-old baby who felt right at home. The location is unbeatable with a direct view of the ocean and a short walk around the corner from the beach. Grocery stores are just a short 10-15 minute drive away. The backyard, hammock, and brand new grill were the perfect place to relax. Pedro & Ana were so welcoming and helpful, setting out a chilled bottle of wine for our arrival and sharing local recommendations with us. The kitchen could use some new pots/pans and cutting boards (we ended up buying our own to use) but otherwise is well equipped (e.g. hand blender, hand mixer, separate oven and microwave). And unlike other beach houses we've stayed at, there was no shortage of hot water! Would absolutely stay again.

vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Lissabon in einer sehr schönen Wohnung mit bequemen Masterbett, toller Aussicht vom Balkon mit wunderbarem Weitblick. Tolle Küche, spannende Möbel mit Geschichte. Im fensterlosen, kleinen Bad wird es schnell sehr stickig, aber dennoch toll ausgestattet für die Größe.

Lage: Hervorragend gelegen für wunderschöne Spaziergänge entlang der Küste. Ansonsten gelangt man auch mit dem Auto recht schnell nach Ericeira im Norden und Cascais im Süden. Der Sintra-Nationalpark lädt ebenfalls zu herrlichen Wanderungen ein. Wohnung: Top Wohnung, die hervorragend ausgestattet ist, allerdings etwas kleiner als auf den Bildern (für 4 Erwachsene wahrscheinlich zu klein, fur eine Familie mit 2 kleineren Kindern top). Sara: Einfach top!!! Super einfache Kommunikation und stets hilfsbereit. Remote Work: Wir haben von dort remote gearbeitet. Sara hat uns auf Nachfrage einen kleinen Schreibtisch zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir in separaten Zimmern arbeiten und Meetings halten konnten. Gute und stabile Internetverbindung. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die von dort remote arbeiten möchten. Fazit: Top, aber zugegebenermaßen nicht die günstigste Unterkunft in der Region.

Artur was an incredible host and we loved our stay at his beautiful home! He went above and beyond to provide recommendations, flexible check in and luggage storage options, and a thoughtful welcome gift for our group. Him and his family were proactive and responsive in communicating, which made our stay a breeze. The apartment is comfortable, clean, bright, large, and great for a group (especially with its beautiful patio). The location was convenient and walkable to many of the tourist sites, and accessible via metro and tram as well. I highly recommend Artur’s home for anyone hoping to explore Lisbon!

beautiful, spacious apartment in great location. added bonus of an outside terrace to relax after a busy day. very close to train station where hop on/off buses and tuk tuks will take you to all the sights. trains make it a little noisy, but worth it for the location. plenty cafes and restaurants around

Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.

My partner and I started at Ricky and Diana’s for four nights and we had a lovely stay. They were very responsive and always available to answer any questions and queries. Check in was smooth and well described. The area itself of the place was well located and in close proximity to a number of restaurants and bars, as well as popular attractions such as the National Pantheon and Feira de Ladra. Our hosts did let us know beforehand of the festivities that took place each night so of course whilst it was noisy, we appreciated the heads up. We also really appreciated the port left to us and a bottle of wine which was a really nice touch. Thank you Ricky & Diana!

Excellent stay. The location was great - and the home was clean and spacious for all 5 of us (family, including 19mo old). The child-friendly toys and crib/high-chair were huge helps. The location was just around the corner from great shops and restaurants. And we hiked from the Airbnb to the top of the Pena Palace. We stayed for 2 nights, and I wish we had time to stay longer. Would highly recommend for groups that need 3 bedrooms in Sintra!

This place was so much nicer than we even expected! The balcony view is so nice, the inside of the apartment is very spacious (it was me, my partner and our nearly 2 year old son) and the location was perfect, near the beach and beautiful parks and cafes. Claudio was an excellent host, we are so grateful for this stay. He also had left us with some food/drinks which was lovely! Highly recommend and will stay again when visiting 😊

Luis & Beatriz are amazing hosts. The home was beautiful and so quiet and peaceful. The grounds were AMAZING and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our time there and will look forward to returning in the future. We highly recommend this property for those visiting the Terrugem/Sintra area. The Oak Cafe was wonderful for brunch and you must have dinner at least 1 night at Azenhas do Mar, for the food and views as well as Mercado Saloio located in Sintra for the nightly music and delicious food and good service. The spa in Cascais is amazing as well. All recommendations of Luis & Beatriz Other places we found were the Marina and shops in Cascais as well as a wonderful little eatery for brunch/ lunch called Mugs Brunch and Cafe in Pedregal. Amazing views and delicious food. Thanks Luis & Beatriz for making our first trip to Portugal amazing. Looking forward to returning.

The home was perfect for our holiday. The facilities were good and well maintained. The pool was well maintained and the host was very attentive. It was very helpful when the host allowed us to leave our bags early before the check in. There is an Aldi 24 minutes walk away and a Lidl 20 minutes walk away where we could buy all we needed. Travelling into Lisbon was effortless as it was very accessible by taxi. Thank you so much Marcelo for making our stay exceptional and memorable.

I highly recommend the Estoril Dream house. It is beautiful, comfortable, well equipped, and in a lovely and quiet area. It worked out perfectly for our group of nine (five adults and four children) for an 8-day stay as a home base to explore the area (walks to Cascais, easy train ride to Lisbon, and drives to Sintra, Evora, Tomar, etc.) The children definitely enjoyed the pool. Cristovao was able to accommodate us with an early check-in and met us when we arrived to show us around the house, answer our questions and provide local recommendations. If we needed any other information before or during our stay, he was quick to respond.

We loved this home- very convenient to Sintra and the beaches, wonderful cafe nearby, and charming comfortable home. Enjoyed the outdoor space for relaxing or dining. We would definitely stay again. Rosa was very kind and accommodating when our plans changed and we were able to book an additional night.

An idyllic place to spend a week with close friends. The house was made for both relaxing in gorgeous spaces and easy exploration of the area. Meal prep for a large crowd was a breeze in the well equipped kitchen. There is a great market close by and there are several restaurants within a short distance from the house. João was an incredible host, checking in a few times to make sure we were comfortable and well supplied. We felt fortunate to have landed in such a wonderful place. Thank you João!

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations! This is the first Air BnB I have stayed in where the rooms are even nicer than the pics! We stayed here with our adult children for 8 days and absolutely loved it! The property is nicer than some 5 star resorts we have stayed in. The kitchen has anything you could possibly need and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet! Rui and Teresa greeted us upon arrival and were responsive anytime we had questions. There were restaurants within walking distance but also Ubers and Bolts were plentiful and inexpensive. I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Rui and Teresa!

We hebben echter genoten. Het verblijf heeft alles wat je nodig zou hebben. Alle keukenartikelen aanwezig, speelgoed voor kinderen en we kregen een grote fles water van onze host Cristina. De buurt is rustig en de locatie is perfect. Huis is schoon en netjes. Veel restaurants in de buurt en ook andere bezienswaardigheden. Ook veel supermarkten in de buurt. En echter blij dat er een wieg aanwezig was voor onze kleinzoon van 2 jaar oud. Al met al zeker een aanrader en super fijne host.

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. We needed somewhere that could accommodate 9 of us, 6 adults and 3 children under 3. The house itself was beautiful, very tidy and had so much space. The hosts Ana and Nuno had thought of the children and provided us with cots, high chairs, children’s dinnerware, and even things for the children to play with. The swimming pool was gated off as described. The location felt really private and quiet, with beautiful views of the sea. We were able to walk down to the local shops and beach of Praia das Maçãs, so we didn’t need to hire a car. Ana was so friendly and helpful before and during our stay. We had such a lovely time here, and would love to come back one day.
