Great place to stay. Within walking distance to the slopes and downtown area. Clean accommodations. Friendly and responsive host. Would have liked a better view, but overall it was fine as we were hardly there. Would stay there again.

My wife and I came to Breckenridge for our grandson’s destination wedding. The accommodations we booked were absolutely perfect. The king size mattress was very comfortable and, with two full bathrooms, my wife and I were each able to have our own. Thoughtful touches abounded, such as a power strip next to the bed and a fresh bag of Peets coffee in the kitchen. And many more thoughtful surprises. The joyful sound of cascading water three floors down from our balcony was sublime. We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this location in Breckenridge. We will be back!

Excellent host, beautiful resort with great amenities. I would highly recommend staying at Todd’s residence.

The home was beautiful! The only complaints I have is there was water standing in one of the bath tubs when we got there and we could not get the surround sound to work in the theater. Otherwise the home was beautiful!

Our family of 4 loved our stay at the cabin! Beautiful views, great amenities, and a good location to access many adventures! We stayed a week and enjoyed Bailey, especially the winery and brewery, Staunton State Park and Evergreen, Golden, Red Rocks, Denver, and catching a Rockies game. Our family really enjoyed the game room, movie theater, and hot tub to end our days! A moose even greeted us within our first 30 minutes of arriving. We had a couple of minor blips, but the owner was super responsive and had us all set quickly. The top of the driveway was pretty rough, so we were happy to have 4 wheel drive. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cabin to others!

This was such an amazing place we had a great time and everything was so well put together and had everything you could want for kids of all ages including us big ones. This is the perfect place for a little get away. Thank you Jason so much!

Property was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures are spot on and it was everything that we wanted. Seven of us went on our annual golf trip to play the mountain courses. All seven of us had our own private rooms. There was a lot of wildlife in a private and quiet neighborhood. All the amenities were excellent. House is located about a 5-10 minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. I would highly recommend for a large group or even a couples trip. Bedrooms were plenty big enough. And LocalLuxe was very responsive and extremely accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay in the basement of this shared condo. It felt private and comfortable, and all of the folks there in cluding Tim were friendly and kept the kitchen well cleaned. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after some hard ski days at Keystone which is only 20 minutes away. Breck is about 8 minutes away, closer if parking at the gondola. I wish there was a bit more space for food, but understand that's part of the setup. I didn't look closely at the listing and actually thought it was a full place, but it all worked out great. Tim was friendly, communicative, and allowed for a later checkout, and it was lovely to get a chance to park in garage (nor guaranteed).

The view was stunning and our group happily fit in the home. I would stay here again! Easy drive to town, near the shuttle stop, and having a garage was helpful.

Such a relaxing getaway! Gorgeous views and very comfy stay. The house was well appointed with all you could need. Super clean, we had fun playing pool, enjoying the sauna, and tons of space for all. Thoughtful touches all around.

We loved our stay with our family of 4! Great accommodations, big and well appointed kitchen and living area, and two big bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy walk to town and quick drive to mountains, and the pool / hot tub after a day of skiing could not be beat. Also, great communication with PMI Breck.

This place was amazing! So many ways to get into town and the view from the unit are beautiful. We got to see summer, fall and winter all in 3 days. I highly recommend this, especially in the off-season!

The condo was in a perfect location, walking distance to everything. It was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The space was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent: friendly, prompt, and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

The unit was great. It is definitely one of the premier units at One Ski Hill Place in terms of the view of the hill that is afforded by the unit. It is uniquely positioned in a corner of the building that allows you to see multiple different directions from the living room. The unit is in great shape, everything was clean, and getting into our room was pain free thanks to very clear and detailed directions from Scott. On site underground parking is also highly available with lots of spots and easy to access via an automatic garage door activated with your key card. If you are driving in via your own vehicle, it's a huge feature particularly at a major ski resort where parking can sometimes be a chore. Here, we were able to park in the garage and take an elevator directly up to our floor making coming and going a breeze. We would definitely stay here again if there was availability on our next trip.

Location was absolutely perfect!!!! Walking distance to the lift, ski school, and lots of restaurants and shopping places. The view was amazing! Lots of fun amenities on property too. We will stay here again. The only downside was not having control of your own temperature thermostat, but there was a portable air conditioner (kinda big and bulky but it worked) or opening the windows and one of them was broken. Other than those minor things it was perfect!!!!

If you want to ski and stay on the Breck! And also ski up on your loved ones in the jacuzzi this is the place. Everyone in the lodge was great and helpful. Thanks Monique

Host is competent, nice and quick to respond. Came for location, would come back for location, at the bottom of peak 7. Ski locker is a sand wedge away from the lift that accesses no green terrain and a bunch of groomed blues, which means there is less traffic. and less of the people I don't want to be around. One lift, followed by a pleasant ride on a great little blue groomer, one short lift. and one slightly longer lift, took me over to peak 6, which had some tougher and more isolated terrain that was great for an old man like me and his 7 year old son . Peak 8 is also easy to get to if you have kids in lessons or have beginners in your group, by either lift up and ski down, or just get on the gondola that is right by condo. Condo was pretty much like most $1000 a night condo's that close to the lift, and the beds were comfortable. There was a breezy balcony through a wall of windows with great mountain views, which was a bonus. No complaints, I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff's condo. It was very clean, and exactly as advertised. The location was perfect, with pretty much everything within walking distance. Would highly recommend it, and would hope to stay there again during a future visit.
