Monthly Rentals in Parkdale, Old Toronto

Great one bedroom basement suite just north of Brockton Village. Easy access on the side of the house with nice private entrance. The suite is furnished with everything you need including a linens, towels, comfy bed, big screen TV and even a working space along with a huge walk in closet with plenty of storage and laundry as well. Sonia is super responsive and also plenty of street parking along the street. You can cook in or walk up to restaurants on Bloor. 5 stars... would give more but thats the max. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Becky and Joe's place for a month and it was a great place for a long-term stay. It had everything I needed to feel at home and was quiet. There is plenty of space for 1-2 people. The neighborhood is my favorite in Toronto and everything is very walkable. Becky and Joe were super welcoming and responsive.

The only issue we had with Rob's place was that we could not give it a 10-star rating! There is not one thing this host has not thought of. Whether it is the lighting on the path to the entrance, the night lights in the suite or the armoire in the bedroom, Rob has thought of it all. However there were two small things that really told us he knew what he was doing: 2 luggage racks in the bedroom and 2 bed table lamps. These are things that most hosts NEVER think of but, like everything else he has thought of, really serve to enhance the functionality of the suite. Rob's place was a bit of a last-minute booking for us and we can't believe our luck that we were able to stay here. If you're still reading this, stop and book now. You won't regret it---highly recommend!

I loved staying in this apartment during my exchange to Toronto. The apartment is incredible! Clean and with everything you need: full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom... Close to Queen Street, with restaurants, markets and shops and the bus stop. Cris is kind and always available to help! I highly recommend it.
