Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Parker

Great stay, very friendly hosts, perfect location. It is a very thoughtfully appointed property with lots of extras and it worked out very well for our family.

We had a great stay at Alexandra’s home. It’s in a newer housing development that is very clean and quiet, located minutes away from a number of restaurant and grocery options, and with easy access from E470. The home had all the amenities you would need and was very clean. Alexandra responded almost immediately to any questions and was very accommodating. Will definitely try to stay again when visiting family in Parker.

Overall a great stay and close to downtown castle rock. Everything was clean and as described. A little pricey compared to other places nearby but overall a nice house. Not the best for those with mobility issues as there is a large uphill walkway up to the door with no rails.

We loved having Mindy’s place as a home base for our weekend in Denver. Having two infants and a toddler, we were so thankful for all the extras that Mindy had to make our trip comfortable so we didn’t have to bring it along with us. The house is beautiful and perfect for large or smaller groups.

Home was nice, clean, and spacious. Had no issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Anna and Jesse’s place did not disappoint! It was perfect for what we were looking for. Communication was top notch and the place was spotless. We had a great time! I highly recommend this spot for larger groups. Plenty of space all around for everyone to be comfortable.

Just perfect is how I would describe how much Andrea and Damon made our stay. before we even arrived they would communicate and help with recommendations. It was my first time in denver area, but they made me feel at home. The Comfy Cozy Casa was amazing. cleanest and most at home experience. everything was clean and I mean spotless. The pups were a highlight honestly, as a dog lover i felt even more at home, getting to meet them and talk with the hosts about local eats to travel tips. If your staying in the area I would recommend them every time to everyone.

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

We have stayed here several times with our pup and always have a great time! This is such a special place to us where we can enjoy hanging out at the river, exploring the property and relaxing in the cabin. We love the upgrades Scott and Sarah have made to the property like the port-o by the river and the awning on the cabin. Scott and Sarah are wonderful hosts who are always friendly and accommodating. We will be back again!

Diana's place was wonderful, had everything you need in a home away from home. Lovely neighborhood and atmosphere. Such a cozy private place. She was the sweetest host I have ever met. She made the stay so amazing. I love everything about her decor. Again , thank you so much Diana!!

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

Mish provided excellent service and reached out proactively both before check-in and a day after check-in to offer any help needed. It was easy to check-in, the place was clean. For the price and proximity to my destination, I would book it again.

Jann's place was the perfect location for our week-long visit to Denver. Very close to great (and reliable) bus service to town including to Union Station (starting point of our tours to Rocky Mountain National Park and Pike's Peak), museums, restaurants, etc. Apt. was also within walking distance of more great restaurants, coffee shops, interesting stores, and an Enterprise Car Rental (which was VERY convenient). We had designated off street parking for our rental car, too, which is always welcome in a location close to the city. Apt. is in a lovely older home with lots of warmth and character. We ate most of our meals out so did not make much use of the large kitchen, but we definitely appreciated the coffee and water filter set up! Unit had modern bathroom with tons of towels, and a comfortable bed with lots of pillows, etc. There was a little noise from the upstairs unit, and the gates to the property were a bit challenging, but our stay was wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at Geralds guest home. He was very nice and responsive. The place was perfect for my husband and myself. Would definitely be back. Thank you and bless you and your family!

We had an incredible stay during our trip to Denver. The house was spotless and stocked with all the essentials. With plenty of restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away, we were able to explore the city like locals. We’d love to come back again!

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

James was a great host and his apartment was an excellent place to stay!

Alexandra’s place was exactly what we were looking for! We wanted to stay in a residential neighborhood that had easy access to several Denver neighborhoods but wasn’t necessarily in the hustle at bustle— this totally fit that bill! The home was very comfortable, well-equipped, and safe. We had some iffy weather while in town, but our hosts were very responsive and gave great recommendations for how to spend some rainy Denver evenings.

Great location, clean, and had everything we needed!! Kristin was super responsive and an incredible host! The airbnb had everything we needed and was exactly as described in the pictures. Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. They even had welcome Coors banquets and welcome burritos for us in the fridge. What a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again!!
