Join us for an off-the-grid** experience about 50 miles south of the Grand Canyon! If you choose this space for your stay, you will have access to an RV connected to our solar power system. The RV is located about 6.5 miles off of AZ HWY 64. This experience is akin to camping, where you can escape all the social dilemmas. This space is near the national forest and is not in city limits. **This property is off the electric grid. Gravel roads are necessary for travel to this space.

You’ll be 25 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, 20 minutes to downtown Williams, a little over an hour to Sedona, Parks and 50 minutes from the ski resort. Parks is a secluded little community where you can see the stars in abundance on almost any night. There are hundreds of easily accessible trails straight from the home for you to enjoy on foot or with your outdoor toys!

This cozy cabin is near Bearizona, the Grand Canyon, Route 66 and the Deer Farm. Enjoy the entire 720 square (haha it's round) foot home and property on a beautifully treed acre of forest land. Immenities include a long breezeway covered porch on which to sit or swing, while you breathe in the scent of pine, and enjoy the silence and sounds of the woods. Our view is 180 degrees pure forest, without neighbor homes blocking, a lovely location. Peace and serenity are yours.

Our cabin is on 1 acre of fenced land in Parks, AZ and is family owned & operated. It is unique, as it borders national forest in a cul-de-sac. It is approximately 4 miles northwest of I-40 & Rt 66, making it a quiet location away from the train & freeway noise. Parks has about 1500 residents and is between Flagstaff & Williams. The Grand Canyon is just an hour north of Williams as well. Firewood included for wood stove & outdoor fire pit.
