Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

A beautiful apartment that is only 5 minutes from the train station. Practical and high quality furnishings. With the cleanest apartment we've had in all these years. Manuela is very helpful and responds very quickly. She helped us a lot with her flexible and courteous manner. Next time we would like to come back to this apartment!

This is a lovely apartment, in a quiet residential area, with great views across to Alpspitze and Zugspitze, and quick access out into the meadows. It is only about 10 mins walk to the station, and 15 mins walk up to the Olympic ski-station. There is a budget supermarket (Norma) within 5 mins and a higher quality supermarket (Rewe) in 10mins. The apartment itself is spacious, with a long, wrap-around balcony. The place feels fresh and modern, and has a second toilet as well.

The Well-Being Apartment

The apartment was wonderful for my wife, 4yr old and infant to stay for a few days in Garmisch. There was plenty of space to feel right at home and relax after a day exploring. Our hosts left us some breakfast items which was a very thoughtful and appreciated surprise. Magda was very communicative and friendly, we appreciated her responsiveness. The mountain view from the balcony was fantastic, and we ended up on the daybed to watch the sunset each evening. Garmisch itself is a very nice little town, and we enjoyed the downtown area though we must have been at an off season time or maybe things are closed more often on Sunday-Monday because it wasn’t as lively as we expected. Tuesday was better though, and we did have some great food in town. The gorge hike is close by and worth it, and the train/bus stations are right next to the market - all a very easy walk away. We would definitely like to stay here again for a return trip.
