La Casa in Castello è un appartamento moderno, luminoso e minimal nel centro storico di Sassoferrato, a due passi dalle Grotte di Frasassi. Il nostro alloggio è il rifugio perfetto per te e la tua famiglia, nel cuore di uno dei Borghi più belli d'Italia. L'armonia e il fascino che si respirano passeggiando tra le vie del Castello sono unici, ma rientrando a casa trovi le comodità della vita moderna. Se ami le escursioni a piedi o in bici, ci sono tantissimi sentieri da scoprire nei dintorni.

L'alloggio è indipendente ed è composto da una camera da letto singola con aggiunta di un secondo letto (NON È PREVISTA LA VERSIONE MATRIMONIALE) da un bagno con i servizi e la doccia. NON C'È L'ANGOLO CUCINA. Fa parte di una villetta completamente immersa nel verde. A soli 2 km dal centro storico di Gubbio, con parcheggio privato. L'alloggio è nuovo, dotato di riscaldamento, lenzuola e asciugamani, di macchina per il caffè, bollitore per the e tisane e phon. Tassa soggiorno si paga in loco.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !
