Haus Kordula

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

Situated where the three countries Germany / Luxembourg / France meet. This spacious and quiet apartment with its private entrance through the garden, is surrounded by a rose hedge. The altitude of the small town of Kastel-Staadt offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. Small library, fireplace and parquet provide comfort. The hiking trail 'Kasteler Felsenpfad' starts almost at the doorstep. Good gastronomy in easy reach? Restaurant St.Erasmus in TRASSEM (ca. 4 km).

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

Nestled in forest and meadows, you will stay in a secluded location in a quaint, lovingly newly renovated vacation home on the edge of the forest. Named after the builder, "Hümberts Häuschen" is located in the Ruwer Valley (Hunsrück) and is accessible by car. A parking space is available. This idyllic place is an invitation for everyone looking for peace and relaxation. But also for those who want to explore a scenic region from a quiet vacation spot.

Our house is located in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer wine-growing region. Discover Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the romantic Saarburg, and Luxembourg from here. Parking and garage space for bicycles and motorcycles are provided.

The apartment is located in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer area, in the beautiful wine village of Oberemmel, in a quiet location in the countryside. The oldest city in Germany, Trier, is only 10 km away. The beautiful surroundings invite you to hike and bike. A trip to Saarburg or Luxembourg is also recommended. From now on: contactless check-in and check-out possible! Available again from August 2024 after a two-year rental break.

Located between forest and city, near the beautiful Moselle, you can walk to the center of Trier. Lovingly furnished, you will find everything in the apartment to relax after an eventful day. Thanks to the good bus connection, you can reach all the sights of the historic Roman city in a few minutes.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
