Holiday rentals with beach access in Pasco County

Everything was clean and organized. Our stay was really peaceful and cozy. Daibys is a really helpful host.

This was a wonderful place for my family to visit and spend time together. I loved the view and peace. Sharon is very hospitable very sweet! We will definitely go back!

beautiful place in a closed off area. perfect if you have little kids! yards closed off so the kids can play or eat their breakfast outside! 😁 close to the beach ⛱️ or any stores you might need or want to go.

Amy was a wonderful host and always available if we needed her. She made us feel right at home. Will definitely stay again when we are down there visiting.

We had a wonderful stay at this place and it was perfect for our family! It was bigger than we even expected and had everything you could need for your stay or a beach day! The location is also great because it was right down the road from great restaurants and a nice beach! Outback the deck was beautiful to sit out on in the evenings and we enjoy watching the ducks and fish jumping out of the water! James was a wonderful host and responded very quickly if we had questions! We will definitely book again if in the area!

What a beautiful location. Right on the Gulf views are exceptional. Apartment was as advertised very nice clean and functional. King bed was a bonus and comfortable .Stormie was a great host and real quick to respond to our inquiries. We absolutely loved your amazing home. The pictures don’t do this amazing place justice. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene. we had access to the kayaks. We were able to see the sunset while on the water we also saw manatees. Our stay was absolutely perfect! Thank you for making the check in and check out process flawless. This place was amazing. Dave and Rita, thank you for the wounderful touch of receiving us with fresh flowers and snacks. The home is furnished to comfort, beds are very comfortable, and the amenities the home has a wou.derful. This home is a great space to gather with family and friends. Hot tub was amazing for us to relax after a long day at the beach. Having access to grill and the seating area was great. We also had the opportunity to enjoy a visit from the dolphins. Definitely, would recommend this property and will be back for future visits.

Glenda’s home was wonderful. Tucked into a very cute and quiet neighborhood, this home was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the outdoor kitchen, perfect for making drinks and cutting fruit and never skipping a beat with the kiddos in the pool. The separate living area right off the pool area was very cozy- we had a movie night and it was perfect! We wished we had more time here! Having 2 kids with us; we loved that this home had beach amenities available for use! We frequented Honeymoon Beach- a must see!

We had the BEST weekend here! Everything was amazing! Deanna has earned her title of super host! She has thought of everything and is very responsive. This was the BEST stocked Airbnb we've ever stayed in, from the spices, water, and utensils in the kitchen to the extra towels and amazing toiletries in the bathroom to the garage with toys, bikes, games, a cooler, laundry, and MORE in it! We stayed here with three generations - two grandparents, two adults, and two teens, and everyone was SO happy. There was plenty of space, and the backyard is so peaceful to relax with a book or just hang out with family and watch the boats go by on the canal. The neighbors were especially friendly, and the hostess helped with anything we asked very quickly! It is such a relief to go on vacation and get lucky with such an amazing place and hostess! No one wanted to leave, and we plan to return - hopefully soon!

Great place to stay

Everything was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect to stay in, very cozy and spacious. Perfect spot for our home base when going to Universal for a day. The weather was perfect as well and being able to kayak down the river a bit was very therapeutic. Would love to come back again, especially to visit Tarpon Springs again. Love from Louisiana.

This place was perfect for my family. We came to New Port Richey to visit some family and love being by the water. The home was well equipped and we love that some essentials like spices were at the home. We left a few more for the next guests. Next trip we will rent a pontoon for the trip to take advantage of the access to the gulf and visit some island beaches.

Great get a way spot! Nice private beach. Saltwater pool is wonderful. Lots of activities to do on the property and convenient location to do all the touristy things. The best part is the peace and quiet while on the property. Nice and calm stay.

What a great condo to make home for 2 weeks. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Well stocked kitchen including spices so we were able to make dinner when we didn’t feel like going out. The bed and furniture were comfortable. We really appreciated that there were screens on both sliding glass doors so we could enjoy the breeze and not have to have A/C on. The development is really nice and well maintained. The salt water pool was perfect. Everyone was friendly. They had a pancake breakfast in the clubhouse when we were there and we were made to feel welcomed. Saw dolphin and manatee in the lagoon. Great restaurants in the area, Sam’s, Inn on the Gulf and Ollie’s. Would definitely go back to this unit!

Wonderful condo complex! Large end unit with lots of space. Kitchen was well equipped- best I have encountered so far!! Lots of dishes, pans and cooking utensils. 2 balconies - one facing east for sunrise and one facing west for fantastic evening sunsets. Access to kayaks and paddle board was a nice bonus. Pool was warm and fairly empty most days. Everyone in the complex was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider booking again if we were to return to the area.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,
