Condo holiday rentals in Pasco County

Great location! The back patio was the highlight of the condo. We enjoyed sitting outside every morning and evening watching the wildlife. Also the condo sits on a beautiful golf course that was fun to walk at night.

Jim was really great! He met us at the community entrance and took us to the unit. Made sure we could get in ok and then went over different things around the area and condo. The condo was so cute and comfy, very clean. We would definitely stay here again and when we do go back I will be reaching out directly to Jim!

Top notch experience! I stay at their places frequently, and will do so again very soon. Highly recommended across the board!

I gave 5 stars because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but there are a few things beyond the owner’s control that are worth noting. I didn’t want to dock them in stars but they could be an issue for other guests. Pros: Beautiful community, apartment was clean and updated. Kitchen was fully stocked, The balcony overlooking the golf course offered relaxing views. Beds were comfy, washer/dryer in unit and plenty of hot water. Cons: Parking- the listing says, first come first served. As a property manager myself, I took that to mean there is no assigned spot outside your door but that parking would still be available somewhere. This was not the case. There are 17 spots and 1 handicapped spot for 32 units. I have handicapped plates so it worked out for me, but lots of frustrated folks. Also, the building is not for those with mobility issues; lots of stairs. Lastly, the neighbors are heavy smokers so we didn’t use the balcony as much as we had hoped too. We would still stay again though.

Its a great deal for the luxury condo, hosts are always fast to respond and helpful. Awesome decoration and large balcony spectacular view.

Traci and Doug were the most friendly, professional hosts we have ever rented from. We have rented vacation homes for years! This place was the cleanest, most adorable and cozy place ever! Cannot say enough about how comfortable the bed was! That is a big stipulation for me with Airbnb‘s. Cannot wait to rent one of their beautiful condos again in the future! The people in this community are absolutely wonderful! No one including the hosts made us feel anything but absolutely comfortable! If you’re considering a stay in a community like this, do it, but do it with Tracy and Doug you will be so happy you did! Thank you guys for being so awesome. Can’t wait to rent from you again!

2nd time back and an no disappointments super comfortable beds very clean and A 1 location you have everything around you and the host is amazing dont hesitate most definitely get your bang for your buck .

The apartment has everything you need to have pleasant, relaxed time with all the space and nature around you. If I could give you a higher score, I would. You get a quick response if you have any questions or concerns. The kitchen and all of the rooms are amazing. The amenities were plenty and the view is astonishing, very private and quiet. Our grandchildren fell in love with the property and did not want to leave. From the moment you drive on to the property, the peace and serenity blows you away instantly. The view of the lake behind it are so much fun to relax and clear your mind. We did not want to leave and can’t wait to return. You will have us back again. Thank you so much Kim, for your attention to details and ensuring our satisfaction.

We stayed in Diane’s condo Memorial Day weekend and we are already planning a trip to return. Diane was amazing from the beginning of booking through check out. Diane is flexible with check in and out times. The condo had everything we needed. We like to cook and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. Extra towels. Clean and super comfy. I love that the condo has two screened porches. I had my coffee on the back every morning, so peaceful. The condo also came with a golf cart which was perfect. It gave us the opportunity to explore Paradise Lakes and were able to take it to and from the resort.

You are staying right in the Saddlebrook Resort just about a ten minute walk from the main lobby. Very peaceful and sitting right on the green.

The unit was great very clean , beautiful view of the pond , very peaceful place , the only little thing was the bed I don’t know if is broken but made lots of noise but other than that was great , we liked it at lot !!

Jim was a great Host. Meet me at the unit went over features of the unit made sure we knew where to find the Internet code, door lock code and how to reach him if we had any questions. Look forward to rent from Jim again.

Thank you, Pat for allowing us to stay. Located in a very nice country club. Entrance to condo could be more tidy. Dusty and some spider webs but it was a great stay. Had some hiccups but Pay was very accommodating and handled them promptly

We greatly enjoyed our time at this condo! The sunsets were gorgeous, providing a breathtaking view every evening from the huge balcony. The condo was well-supplied with everything we needed, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The hosts were great and made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely return!

Located on the end of the building with amazing views on 3 sides. I was concerned about damage from the hurricane season but it looks like they know what they are doing to get things cleaned up. The condo was comfortable, not a lot of noise from other units. Other residents were very friendly, saying hello when passing. Deb recommended good places to eat. We liked exploring the lagoon and saw some fun wild life. Husband got pooped on my some creepy birds🤣 I had a calm close encounter with a Heron. I would stay again and recommend this host.

Great get a way spot! Nice private beach. Saltwater pool is wonderful. Lots of activities to do on the property and convenient location to do all the touristy things. The best part is the peace and quiet while on the property. Nice and calm stay.

Very nice place had a great time only minor thing I would change is the small TVs and a raised toilet

What a great condo to make home for 2 weeks. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Well stocked kitchen including spices so we were able to make dinner when we didn’t feel like going out. The bed and furniture were comfortable. We really appreciated that there were screens on both sliding glass doors so we could enjoy the breeze and not have to have A/C on. The development is really nice and well maintained. The salt water pool was perfect. Everyone was friendly. They had a pancake breakfast in the clubhouse when we were there and we were made to feel welcomed. Saw dolphin and manatee in the lagoon. Great restaurants in the area, Sam’s, Inn on the Gulf and Ollie’s. Would definitely go back to this unit!

Enjoyed the stay! Host was pleasant and quick to respond to any questions. The place was very clean and all expectations were met or exceeded. Hope to stay here again on our next trip!

I recently stayed at Bo's place for a week and it was an excellent experience! Bo is a wonderful host who always responded promptly to any questions I had. Saddlebrook is a nice and quiet area with great neighbors, making it a perfect getaway. The peaceful atmosphere really added to my stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the building has thin ceilings, so you can hear the residents upstairs. This was a minor issue for me, but overall, it didn't detract from the fantastic time I had. I highly recommend Bo's place for a relaxing stay!

Wonderful condo complex! Large end unit with lots of space. Kitchen was well equipped- best I have encountered so far!! Lots of dishes, pans and cooking utensils. 2 balconies - one facing east for sunrise and one facing west for fantastic evening sunsets. Access to kayaks and paddle board was a nice bonus. Pool was warm and fairly empty most days. Everyone in the complex was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider booking again if we were to return to the area.
