The park's amenities include a heated pool. Washer and dryer is across the street. Wi-Fi, TV, BBQ. Great waterfront dining is close by in Port Richey, Clearwater Beach is 35 min, snorkel with manatees, kayaking is big, Tarpon Springs Sponge docks. Very nice people. Minimum age for at least one adult guest, 40+."

Nature awaits you at the S&S Ranch bed and breakfast. The Withlacoochee state park and river are a stone throw away. We have canoes for rent, stocked ponds, and old Florida swamp buggy rides! Bonfire S'more pit and full meal packages are optional. Entertainment venue optional. We have a comfortable RV for rent that sleeps 4-5. Excellent apartment, with a good view and whose decoration makes it look very cozy. Pleasant attention. The apartment interior and exterior is beautiful. The apartment is a few blocks from the Zephyrhills Hospital, near Walmart, Publix. It is 32 minutes from Busch Gardens, 43 minutes from Tampa Airport, 1 hour and 45 minutes from Orlando to Visit Disney parks.

Great little trailer in 55+ park with amenities of pool, shuffleboard and laundry also close to everything! We loved our stay and extended it! The host Nick is super accommodating in every way! Whenever you need anything he will respond quickly to help. Great place, great host and very convenient.

Inem was a wonderful host—her house was spacious, and she made sure we knew where to find all the amenities. For some, having a host present in the house might feel a bit uncomfortable, as you may bump into each other occasionally. However, Inem went out of her way to make us feel at home, and she was incredibly sweet!
