Amazing place- it really is a little paradise. We had a wonderful time exploring the island with our Stand Up paddles and going swimming. You need a boat to get there or you can take the boat transfer (organized by the owner). House and bay is as shown on the photos. Once you are there you can just relax and enjoy!

We have been to this cottage for the fourth time - and each time we are even more enthusiastic! Everything is sparkling clean, the bed linen fresh, the bed super comfortable and there is really everything you need for a nice stay. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming – a real little paradise! Many thanks to the hosts - we feel at home here every time! 😊

Ivo and his wife was so helpful and fast to respond to messages. They made us feel so at home and were incredible hosts. The place was high up on the mountain and it was so private, peaceful and tranquil. The views from the property are incredible. The infinity pool is fantastic which also has the fantastic views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The property is very well equipped for cooking with a hob and outdoor grill. The town of Marina is about a 20 minute drive with a great selection of bars and restaurants and also a supermarket. Enjoyed our trip very much would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. The place is in an uninhabited part of the island, in a bay where there are only a few neighbors, and in the afternoon a few sailboats for the evening. It offers a great private one who wants to relax and be with themselves or with who they are going there. You don't get distracted by the hustle and bustle of weekdays. You can reach the accommodation via a 4 km long macadam road. Parking right by the cottage. You are on the beach within a minute. I've been here for 14 days with kids ages 2 and 3 and I can't believe it. Who is able to have fun without the help of others, enjoy the peace, a good read, they will enjoy their stay. On the main road that leads through the island is a fisherman's shop with fresh seafood. We came with only a few basic ingredients and spices. The rest can be purchased at a supermarket 30km away, where everything is, or in a nearby town, where there are several common shops. Those who want to take a break from the outside world will appreciate this place.

I have to say this is paradise. Sime was extremely nice. He built a a real home with amazing care and great taste. We felt grateful to be there every minute. Our stay was perfect, peaceful, we loved the house and the nature. Sime’s house is way more than a holiday home. We will return for sure.

It was a beautiful vacation and we hope to return! We traveled in 4 people, two adults and two children plus two dogs. The welcome was warm and kind, communication with Veronika always available and kind. Her parents accompanied us to the accommodation, explained everything and gave us a bottle of wine! Thank you! The house is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need. Also two bathrooms with hot showers. Dogs could be in full freedom and the outside is very safe. We really enjoyed the beautiful porch, for aperitifs and outdoor dinners. There is a beautiful view of the Kornati! The fireplace is fabulous! The sea is a 10-minute walk away, a slightly narrow and steep path that led to a beach with rock, very beautiful seabed. In short, a wonderful place to stay in complete tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle but in complete safety. We look forward to returning!

The house is located in quiet neighborhood, very close to the beautiful beach (with a nice bar near). The place is very clean and spacious. AC units in both bedrooms and living room helped a lot during hot days. The kitchen was fully equiped. Bathrooms were clean and looked as new. Haris was very helpful during our stay. He was available whenever we need any help. His knowledge about the islands and recommendations were really good and we visited more interesting places than planned. Overall I will definitely recommend and will be back next year :)
