Peaceful setting 30 minutes' walk to the historic center. What a pleasure to open the windows in the morning and see and hear the sea! Katica and her little family are very friendly, discreet and always there if needed. Recommended accommodation!

I enjoyed my week stay, the apartment has everything you need. It’s a bit far from the sea but in a very quiet neighborhood. Also, there are a lot of supermarkets near. Air conditioner is a big plus. I would recommend this place!

This house is beautiful, very nice inside and outside, in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a bit out of the way if you’re visiting Sibernik old town, but it has private parking so you can access it with a car. Natko is a very friendly host who makes you feel right at home.

Great accommodation!! Especially the location is great. Supermarket, beach, restaurants all within minutes walking distance. The place is equipped with everything you need and is just like the pictures present it.

Zorica is wonderful host. We were welcomed with homemade cake. The place is conveniently located close to airport. A good place to catch a flight or spend few days in Zadar. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning units. Swimming pool is a good addition.

Had an amazing stay, everything was lovely and clean and we enjoyed the outdoor space too! Ivan was a great host, super responsive, kind and accommodating! The location was amazing, with a very short walk to the beach. Would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Ivan’s apartment in Zadar. The location is very convenient, especially being so close to the airport, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having on-site car parking was also a big plus. Ivan was an excellent host—very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. He provided great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit, which really enhanced our experience! Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Dino’s place! The apartment with the little private garden were beautifully decorated and super clean. You have everything you need inside and our hosts were always ready to help us with all kinds of things and questions , such as ferry rides, tours, car/ scooter rental. The place is close to many supermarkets and a big shopping mall, so we could always buy our groceries quickly before our daily activities. We highly recommend staying at Dino’s place and would love to come back again!

The place was amazing. The sea is literally 10 meters from the apartment. Beautifully decorated, the hostess is courteous and accommodating, commendable. I highly recommend to everyone.

We were very happy to spend our holiday in the apartment of Sinisa. We found everything what we needed there. The flat is very nice and modern. Plus - the balcony for my morning yoga was perfect. And close distance from the SportArea Višnjik was something what we were looking for. Our priority was train there; and the 2km distance on foot to downtown only was second privilege for us (our soft part of our daily training). We used to go to the beach outside the city - by car. We have changed the beach destination every day. When we come to ZADAR in the future, we will contact Sinisa again.

Great place! The owner was so accommodating for our family. We came late evening and she brought the keys and met us there as we got there. Place is perfect for our family of five and space to spread out and very comfortable. We loved the washer and dryer. Everything is within walking distance. Would stay again!

Very nice apartment in a quiet bay with crystal clear water right outside the door. Incredibly nice hosts. Ivan brought us and our luggage the last 200m to the property in his boat! There was a dinner for us as a welcome. Thank you! We will definitely be coming back!
