Holiday rentals with a pool in Passa

The house is large, sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The equipment is very complete, nothing is missing. The center of Perpignan is about a 20-minute walk. The swimming pool is not very large but it does provide a pleasant cooling.

Guillermo and Isaac’s home was a lovely retreat for our four-day stay in Llança! The home is beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. We enjoyed the ample outdoor space and lovely pool, and the area is a great home base for exploring other spots nearby. The hosts were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed chatting and learning more about the history of the home from them. Highly recommend!

An amazing gitê, superbly equipped and spotlessly clean. Beautifully furnished, and a great plus having air conditioning. Attention to detail, in everything, is very apparent. The outdoor terraces around the gitê, are just perfect especially with the sales to protect from the sun. The pool area is breathtaking with its amazing views of the countryside & valley. Sophie & Christophe, were very welcoming & made us feel right at home. We very much look forward to returning.

The Airbnb we needed for this weekend. This met all the criteria and more (absolutely incredible and relaxing place, many activities possible: swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool, darts, barbecue, etc.) We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything.

We loved our stay with Jérôme. The house was impeccable, very cozy and the garden, enchanting🤩. We all had what we needed. A real favorite. We also really enjoyed the communication with Jérôme and his family. They were very responsive, giving us all the necessary information to make the stay go as smoothly as possible. Alex is a wonderful host and the house is brand new and beautiful. It was our first time to Costa Brava, and Port de la Selva felt a bit like an undiscovered gem. Families with young children will love the pool, with its kiddie section. Adults and kids alike will be thrilled with the beautiful views from nearly every window. Thank you Alex!

10 stars, if I could possibly give them! We had the best time at this stunning house - it is identical to the pictures and everything was perfect for our family vacation! From USA - 4 adults, 3 young kids 7,6,4.5 and an infant, 15m. We felt like we had plenty of room by opening up the couch in the bedroom and opening up the sofa in the living to create even more areas to sleep. We spent so much time outside, we never felt cramped even with everybody inside on rainy days! All your essentials are there and there’s an ALDI, 4 minutes away… Lidl is about 8min away. Beach is 10 minute drive and there is free parking or you can pay to park with no hassle —- we chose this option as it was easy and only a few euros. I’ve never had such responsive hosts —- I sent a message and had a response with 2 minutes. When we ran into any issue or had question, they fixed it immediately with kindness. I cannot say enough about our stay, it was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend!!

We spent a very quiet couple of days at Wendy & John's house. We have all the questions answered and helped us when we needed it. The apartment is cozy with everything you need and has beautiful views. We had a great time and very quiet, we will definitely be back!

Very nice location on the mountain side overlooking the valley and ocean. Short distance to the beaches and various towns with lots of restaurants, shopping and supermarkets. Nice pool and private terraces. We had a great week and highly recommend this place 👌

The house has been renovated and tastefully decorated with respect for its history, it has a lot of charm, while being very functional and is located in a peaceful and very pretty village in the countryside and close to the beaches. The accommodation, the swimming pool and the services (sheets, towels, toiletries, bedding...) are of very high quality. Everything is designed for our comfort and remarkably clean. A peaceful stay in a lovely home! Kitchen with fantastic amenities and outdoor area was perfect for relaxing in the mornings/evenings. The updated home is spacious, airy, and full of beautiful natural light with views from every window on the front side of the home, incredible. Having a washing machine and an iron was perfect for a longer international trip. We also appreciated the ease of checking in/out. The hill is quite a steep walk for anyone with mobility issues, but we were always able to easily find parking in town (during June). Beaches are nearby, as well as some great restaurants.

My family and I stayed here for 10days in mid June. The Villa was lovely, very spacious and airy and peaceful. It was great having the pool and lovely garden (despite the mosquitos who loved our Irish blood unfortunately!) and the views of the mountains was spectacular. Our host was very accommodating regarding the check-in and checkout times (our flights were a bit awkward) and she was on hand when we thought there was an issue with the pool (there wasn't!). The local town, Saint Genis, was quaint and everyone was very friendly and helpful (we unfortunately had to visit the pharmacy a couple of times). Argeles and Collioure were only 15-20 mins drive away, very easy to get to with loads of nice restaurants to check out and my Dad enjoyed his daily morning swim at the peaceful Plage du Racou. All in all it was a great stay at the Villa. One small note, it would have been nice to have had towels provided for the stay, we bought some in the supermarket. Other than that, perfect!
