Sam and Emily were gracious hosts and provided a wealth of information before check-in about the neighborhood and things to do during our stay. I also appreciated their detailed check-in instructions. They responded to any questions I had within the hour. I would definitely stay there again the next time I’m in NYC.

Great place to stay, conveniently located with a bus stop outside and a 15 minute walk to the subway failing that. We used it as a base for Manhattan exploring and it was ideal, though a little far to be coming back and forth within the day.

Marty was great! Easy to communicate with, very responsive, and helpful with all aspects of the process. The location is perfect. Less than 5 minute walk to get to multiple subway lines making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The location felt safe and secure for the duration of our stay and we felt comfortable coming back late night after a show. We will definitely come back and stay again.

Great location, few steps away from bus stop and walkable distance to grocery stores. We were allowed flexible check-in on our first day. Kitchen has all amenities and Patrecia was responsive and proactive.

We absolutely loved our stay at David's place! The flat was spacious, clean and had everything you need (comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with towels and soap). The area is lovely, easy to walk around with lots of shops and restaurants, and well connected. David was very quick in responding to any questions. We hope to be back soon!

Yi's Place is a cute cottage style with tons of old charm, the view is breathtaking and exquisite. You need to really like vintage retro home style and appreciate nature to appreciate the stay. The host is very thoughtful and provides everything needed for the stay.

Harriet was a great host. The space was immaculately clean, well appointed, and tastefully decorated. The additional amenities in the kitchen (snacks and coffee) were really appreciated. She also provided a lot of local recommendations and information on transportation. My husband and I had a very comfortable stay and appreciate the hospitality.

The Urban Oasis is a gem! Cute and quiet neighborhood with great restaurants in every direction (Cafe Lafayette, Harry’s Daughter, Grind Coffee, and more. River Market has a wide variety of healthy groceries and essentials). The location cannot be beat. Easy walk to the train and Liberty State Park (amazing views of NYC from here). Quick ride to Exchange Place and World Trade Center. The apt itself is beautifully decorated. Exceptionally clean. Simple yet lovely touches. Relaxing! It’s very spacious with great natural light—especially in the large bathroom—which has a great tub and amenities, very hot shower with good pressure. Comfy bed. The platform offers a nice separation in the studio. The kitchenette had everything we needed for the week. Great workspace at the desk. The strong wifi allowed me to do a meeting from the garden and patio area—which is like an outdoor retreat. I traveled with my spouse and 7-year old (he loved the fold out bed), but I will book again for a solo trip!

Aditya’s place is very clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with convenient parking, which is a nice bonus. Aditya is incredibly friendly and welcoming; her warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the start, and she is very easy to communicate with. What a GEM 🩵 Stefanie is the sweetest kindest lady i’ve ever encountered on airbnb. Everything inside our stay was thoughtfully placed. The sauna was a huuuuge perk. It was super clean, the beds are very comfortable and the shower was hot! zero complaints about this space!! Definitely will come back~

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this cozy, well-located studio apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The best part was being right next door to my BFF of 52 years who's daughter was getting married—such a special experience! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and charming place to stay.The gift cards and wine were an added bonus. Keith and Kevin are extremely generous hosts!

Eveny's place was great for what we needed. The pond out back was beautiful. It rained, so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it like we hoped. As others have said, you will hear footsteps and furniture moving. She is also a very early riser, if that matters for you. There is not a heavy curtain to close for privacy for the door. Finally, make sure you leave before 11 am. I was trying to put the key in the lockbox at exactly 11 am and could not because it was already locked. Overall, Eveny's place was what we needed with a beautiful view.

This place was perfect for me and just the right size for a single person and would have worked well for a couple, too. A wonderful view of the lake and very quiet and peaceful. Adam was very helpful and responded promptly to all inquiries. I was very pleased and would come again when I’m in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Courtney's because it was cozy and had everything it needed. This listing was exactly what we hoped for and needed. Courtney was very friendly and always responded right away. The place is also very close to Newark Penn Station, which provides easy transportation into NYC. If you're looking for a clean and spacious unit in a safe area around New York, this is a fantastic option!

My stay at Alfred’s place was exactly what I was looking for! He was super friendly and responsive with any questions that I had. He also went above and beyond after I had left a personal item behind, making sure that I was able to retrieve it. I would highly recommend his Airbnb, and will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful!!! Lots of space and every comfort. Gorgeous private yard. Easy walk to Brooklyn’s cutest restaurants, prettiest parks, and convenient subway stops. Host was very accommodating on check-in and check-out times. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great find. We usually stay in a Brooklyn Airbnb when we go up to New York, and Travis's place was one of my favorites for a few reasons: 1. It's only a 2 block walk to the C train, which takes you directly to many of the places we tend to visit in NYC -- Greenwich Village, Times Square (if you're seeing Broadway shows), Central Park/West Side, etc. We had something to do on the Upper East Side this time, and that was really easy too even with the transfer at Fulton St. 2. The apartment is in a lovely brownstone on one of those quintessential historic Brooklyn brownstone-lined streets. Parking is easy (just make sure to move your car based on alternate side rules). It's very quiet at night. And there are delis/grocery/pizza all in walking distance. (Also, try Peaches restaurant) 3. The apartment itself is really nice - with upscale furnishings (that Eames chair is SO comfortable), quality mattress, great shower/shower products, etc. Will definitely book this place again.

This was a safe, quiet, and peaceful location. Space was just as described. Several beautiful deer greeted us our first night during a late night arrival. Not a bad drive to get to NYC. Stephen responded to questions quickly.

The communication with Michael and check-in went smooth. If you want easy access to Manhattan but a quieter place to unwind. This is the perfect spot.

GREAT place to stay—immaculate, thoughtfully appointed, quiet, and comfortable. High ceilings, beautiful wood floors, bathrobes and slippers, a small washer and dryer, extra toiletries, great kitchen with nice appliances and provisions. We had everything we needed. Bus and subway access made it easy to get around. It was easy to get to other parts of Brooklyn and into Manhattan. Close to great food in Bushwick and some gems right in the neighborhood.
