One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Schnitzers Ferienheisl is located just outside the village of St. Leonhard in Passeier, a lively holiday resort on the south side of the Ötztal Alps, at 690 m above sea level and. It is only 20 km from the well-known spa town of Meran, which offers an almost inexhaustible range of sports and entertainment possibilities in every season. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.

The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.
