Building completely renovated in 2023, with thermal insulation and insulating windows, corridors and new entrance doors. Surface area of about 50 sqm, two bedrooms, a bathroom and living room/kitchen with a full-size sofa bed. It has a microwave oven, induction cooktop, large fridge and LED TV. It is located in a strategic point of the pass, 300 meters from the ski slopes and the center.

A soli 300metri a piedi dalle piste e vicino a tutti i servizi, questo appartamento bilocale di recentissima ristrutturazione è pronto ad accogliere fino ad un massimo 4 persone, grazie alla presenza di una camera matrimoniale e in zona giorno un divano letto che aprendosi diventa letto matrimoniale. Cucina dotata di ogni comfort, forno a microonde, piastre a induzione, frigorifero e lavastoviglie. Bagno con doccia. Smart TV e a partire da gennaio 2025 anche rete wifi.
