We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed—even thoughtful touches like extra plugs and umbrellas. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the host was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in. He was incredibly responsive and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The location is excellent—close to all the major attractions and the city center. It’s ideal if you enjoy walking, but taxis or Ubers might be more convenient if not. We rented a Vespa and found it to be the perfect way to get around. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

The host went above and beyond for us and was so responsive, the recommendations and webpage they provide is so helpful and one of the recommended restaurants ended up being our favorite from our entire trip in Rome (Trattoria Monti). The place itself- STUNNING! Grand! Squeaky clean. The only small downside was not a lot of towels were provided and there’s no dryer, but that is just small. Pictures don’t do it justice! Gorgeous! The apartment was very nice and cozy. It was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The balcony is very cozy, the air is good outside. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, private. The accommodation is close to the beach and Rome is easily accessible by train. The host was kind and everything went well.

Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Muzio made our stay in Rome wonderful. He was very flexible on check in and check out, and even helped us with a luggage storage issue on our last day. He made good recommendation and sent several great maps. He was incredibly responsive. The unit was in a great location, and walking to the main Rome attractions was possible for most places. We actually walked to the Vatican, the Colosseum, and many other places. The unit bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Though in a busy neighborhood it was reasonably quiet. Most importantly, in the middle of a heat wave, the AC worked great! Thanks Muzio!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect - so convenient to get to all the attractions. The place was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. We loved the stylish and cozy interior design - you can tell the host put a lot of thought into making it beautiful. Special mention goes to our host who was incredibly helpful and responsive. Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

It was a nice apartment. It was two-storey and spacious. There were separate air conditioners for both floors. The kitchen was complete. The location of the apartment is really great. The farthest place to visit is 20-25 minutes walk away. Which you have to do if you come to Rome. There is a different history on each street.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. The place is in a great location. The market is a hop away and the cafe downstairs makes a very strong Americano. There were some issues out of their control in regard to luggage drop off and communication was spot on. This did however lead to a delay in the turn over and the place was still being cleaned at 4pm. There was a comment about the linens being old and that is definitely true. The towels are old and the comforter was worn. However, the location and price are unbeatable

Conveniently located close to Fiumicino airport. Easy parking and spacious rooms.
