A stone's throw from the Colosseum

Apartment in the trendy Monti district, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located at the 1st floor (the one above the ground floor) and there is no lift. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.

Nice, comfortable and well-equipped studio at the ground floor of a villa, beside a wide garden with trees. Internal parking just in front of the studio. Quiet and residential neighbourood in Santa Marinella close to the sea. The nearest beach is 350 metres far. Rome is 60 Km away, and is easy to reach by train. The Santa Marinella station is 700 metres far from the studio, and the fastest trains bring you very close to the Vatican in 35 minutes, and to the centre of Rome in 45 minutes.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower.
