Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Patillas

Where do i start? Comunication with Juan was excelent. Check in was fast and simple, Awsome location. You can walk to the beach, to the restaurant, to the malecón. The malecón have a few locals spot to dance, kareoke etc. I loved Juan property, just perfect to relax, comfortable, very nice and crean. I recomend it 200%. Lo recomiendo 200%. Nos agradó los alrededores, el poder caminar al malecón, estar frente a la playa. La propiedad de Juan es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Ansiosos por volver.

We had a fantastic stay at Jessica’s beachfront villa. Everything was exactly as described. The home was clean, comfortable, and ready for us when we arrived. Jessica was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is incredible. The beach is just steps from the porch. The views fantastic. While the ocean currents make it less ideal for swimming right in front of the house, there is a sandbar where we safely splashed and played with our kids. It felt peaceful and private. Most days we had the beach entirely to ourselves. We loved walking the shoreline, collecting conch shells, giant sand dollars, sea glass, and other treasures. If you are looking for a quiet beach escape away from the crowds, this place is perfect. We would absolutely come back.

This was my favorite place to stay while in Puerto Rico. It was peaceful, next to the water, and so spacious. The surrounding neighborhood is so beautiful. The hosts were so responsive and proactive in communicating for an easy stay. The home had everything we could possibly need. Next time I’m in Puerto Rico, I will definitely be staying here.

John’s place is a total gem! We felt so blessed to call this a home (which is how it felt!) As a host, he was so incredibly helpful providing local recommendations for specific food and activities! It was a delightful time and so difficult to leave this peaceful and beautiful surrounding

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I loved it like this experience was amazing the house had a beautiful view the house seas just amazing overall has everything we needed it was very peaceful even I would definitely be booking again 10/10 experience!

This is the second time, I stayed in Dan’s place’. Incredible place to stay is peaceful, private and the beach is a few steps away. Not a luxurious abode but has everything you need to have a great time with friends and/or family. Very good restaurants near by and even walking distance. I recommend the place 100%.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Del Mar. It has a beautiful private ocean front setting. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with the ocean in front of us. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we had every amenity we needed. This part of PR is not heavily touristed, and we experienced a small slice of local life. There are parks within driving distance, and many fish and seafood restaurants nearby. We highly recommend a stay at La Vista Del Mar. Thank you, Jim and Teresa for your warm hospitality.

It was my 55th birthday. We were 14 people, and it was extremely comfortable for all of us. Everything was nice and neat, the place is beautiful and quiet, perfect to be relax, you don't need to leave the house at all, photos don't do justice for the place, view and sunrise. Hector is super accessible and communicative. My whole family loved it. We are definitely coming back.

Excelente lugar. Si buscas un lugar tranquilo pero accesible, este es el lugar. Me encantó la experiencia. Muy buena la host, con su hospitalidad. Me encantó la terraza para leer un rato y despejar la mente.

We came to Nilda’s place to celebrate our anniversary and get some R & R. And that is exactly what we got and soooo much more! First & foremost, Nilda was THE BEST host - and I have stayed in ALOT of places. It was like staying with a family member. She warmly greeted us on the beach with a beverage, had the room decorated for our anniv, had a gift for us AND Puerto Rican coffee as she knew how much we love our coffee ☕️!! And cold drinks in the fridge. She gave us tons of local recommendations! The space was small, but has all you need. And if I did need anything, she was so responsive & took care of it asap! But the location!!! RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!!!! Literally. Now this is a real beach. Not a well manicured, white sand beach but a beautiful REAL PR beach and just what we needed This was the best week we have had in a long time … the weather, the location and most importantly NILDA!! With family in arroyo, this was perfect. It is less than 10 mins away from everything in that area from guayama to arroyo. Bars, beaches, restaurants, etc. If your family is like mine, family members make it a point to expect you to stay with them when you visit the island. Never wanting to offend but wanting the freedom to do as I please, this location was perfect. Close enough where I am “right around the corner” but far enough for my own freedom! Manuel felt like my uncle. 🙏🏾 He greeted me at the door. He took his time explaining the details of the house and even called and check in on me the next day. He is a calm and soft spoken and his energy is genuinely kind. The place is pretty much your own studio apartment (back yard pool house type of space) with your own private parking space and entry / exit. He locks the door that gives you access to the main house so you really feel secure. I would definitely book again.

The best part was waking up to the sound of the ocean and the beautiful view. The kids loved the pool. I used the pool deck for yoga, which was perfect. We had breakfast by the pool. I felt amazing at Amy and Noe's place. They were very communicative. We also used the kitchen a lot and had breakfast and dinner at home. Close by grocery made it very simple. Some things could be improved, such as the quality of the towels and bedsheets. But that's my personal opinion. At night, kids had trouble sleeping with the cat and dog noise. They are not used to those noises, We had Apt 3, one of the bedrooms was next to the roads, and you could hear the night traffic, just so that you know, which didn't bother me as much as it bothered the kids. At night, mosquitoes were by the pool, and we used bug spray. All warm places will have such issues unless you dump lots of chemicals. So bring your favorite bug spray. We enjoyed the place and will visit again.

Hermoso lugar, lo recomiendo al 100%. El anfitrión es súper amigable y el área está muy limpia. Olía fantástico. Sin duda alguna volveremos. Si se hospedan ahí no duden en probar el mofongo del restaurante del lado (Calixtos) riquísimo!!!❤️

The place is beautiful, was very clean and had everything I needed for amenities; has great lightning, a/c, internet, washer/dryer, hot water and so on; I felt so secure and safe(it is imperative for me since I am a female and travels alone), the community is very quiet, private and super secure, you have to go through 2 security check points to get to the apartment, great communication with Jaidy, very nice and caring lady. Thanks for letting me Stay in your Place I just Love it, difinetely will go back! DID I MENTIONED THAT IT IS A BEAUTIFUL FANCY PLACE?! 😍

¡Estadía perfecta! La ubicación es excelente, justo frente al mar, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Tuvimos la suerte de ver un nido de tinglar, algo realmente mágico. El sonido de las olas y el olor del mar crean un ambiente relajante que invita al descanso. El lugar es hermoso, decorado con muy buen gusto y con todos los detalles bien cuidados. Además, fue increíblemente cómodo: ideal para sentirse como en casa. Definitivamente me hospedaría aquí nuevamente. ¡100% recomendado!

Location was great for our needs. Raul offered a quiet and safe place for us! Didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant or even the pool though. No problems to report at all and greatly appreciated the condo was available.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The host was awesome—very welcoming and responsive throughout our visit. You can tell it’s a family-oriented space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Excelente para vacacionar, descansar y estadia de trabajo. Douglas fue accesible y presiso en todas sus instrucciones cosa que te facilita la vida. El lugar tiene axceso a la playa y piscinas, el área lleno restaurantes y cerca de todo. Todo el complejo de apartamentos muy limpio, organizados y accesible. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo que se necesita para una buena estadia. ¡¡¡Excelente lugar!!!!

Como Cayeyana siempre apoyaré todo lo que sirva para incentivar el turismo en mi pueblo. El lugar está espectacular y con todas las comodidades que necesitaba para poder estar tranquila a la hora de celebrar mi cumpleaños en el mismo edificio donde se encuentra el hospedaje. Las atenciones de Ricardo, y su detalle de recibimiento por mi celebración fueron un 20/10. Definitivamente volvería💜

Great location with 2 beautiful golf courses. Big resort with everything you need right there. Very secure area and the view from the front door is amazing.
