Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Patillas

Loved the view! We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio overlooking the water and the trees. The bed was really comfortable, and the AC felt great! We enjoyed our stay. Kimberly (who manages it) was very communicative, kind, and helpful!

This was a very beautiful place. Nice view from the balcony. Very clean. They have all the utensils for the outside activities, so no need to buy extra.

Rafael fue muy amable y proactivo. El lugar tenía todo lo necesario como toallas de playa, piscina, baño, la cocina muy bien equipada. El espacio estaba bien organizado y limpio. El ambiente en el lugar era hermoso tranquilo y con unas vistas maravillosas. Sin duda una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido. Yo y mis acompañantes salimos muy satisfechos y encantados con las experiencia.

I was extremely happy with this place. The Host were so good to us and helped us literally get to their place by. being a human GPS for us since my phone was not working properly. They gave us many recommendations and we loved every minute here. I can not wait to come back again! They made me feel at home and like family!

His mom was friendly upon check in. She even left us more towels and soap and toilet paper after we extended our stay. Loved our stay and felt like home away from home.

Our 2025 Puerto Rico vacation was so enjoyable!!! The home was perfect just a describe and the pictures that are shown in the listing. The house is beautiful, private, and in a safe neighborhood. The backyard is perfect to relax, cook out and enjoy family time. The home truly came with everything you need for a beach vacation!! All you need to pack is your clothes. Already planning to book at the house again for our family 2026 Puerto Rico vacation. Luis is an amazing host!!

The place is amazing, is very private and peaceful. We were 8 guests and everything was comfortable. It was a present from my sister and me to my father and he was so happy. The host was always responsive. We would definitely come back again soon.

¡Excelente lugar! Muy limpio y cómodo. Sin embargo, el camino para llegar es en tierra y con muchos hoyos. Se debe ir en guagua y con mucha precaución.

The place is beautiful and the view is amazing. I loved it here, so spacious... Xavier is always available if you call or text. Felt like sleeping on a cloud. The place has all it says and more.

Luis quickly responded to any questions I had and was attentive. The place looked exactly as pictured. The island did suffer a massive power outage during our time and Luis checked in throughout and came through when I asked him to mitigate the situation. We're were better able to handle the situation because we do have family there. Honestly we we're at Liquillo beach when it happened and we only learned of the outage when Luis inquired. I love my island and Luis's place is a great place to enjoy it!

Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.
