Holiday rentals with a patio in Patmos

It was more than fantastic at Vanessa’s! Ormos is a cute authentic small village, the studio is on a quiet location, the crystal clear sea just across the road, with our own shady flowery garden and a food truck with delicious coffees (and drink!) just 50 meters away! We absolutely adore it! And Vanessa is super friendly and available!

Tina is very friendly, her accommodation has a beautiful view with a beautiful terrace. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved staying here, best place I’ve stayed in kalymnos by far. The place is beautiful, homely and lots of little touches that made us feel right at home. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Joanna is an excellent host, very friendly and caring. We feel like we’re leaving with a friend. Hope to stay with you again in the future.

If you want to experience the privilege of having a private beach just for yourself, fall asleep to the sound of waves at night, gaze at galaxies thanks to the lack of city lights, enjoy your breakfast with a sea view, and spend peaceful time with yourself — this is the perfect place. The host is incredibly helpful and provides everything you may need.

Spacious apartment right at the foot of all the main crags:) Our hosts are really friendly and helpful too. We will be back next year!

This was by far the most luxurious and modern Airbnb we have experienced. Maria was gracious, friendly, and attentive. The unit was exceptionally clean and well kept. A few maintenance items were noted. The beds were firm but comfy. The private spa was a wonderful bonus. Our family members stayed nearby in hotels but were envious of our choice. Whoever designed it thought of everything. I will dream about our stay for years to come.

The house is a real little jewel, with attention to detail and equipped with everything you could need on a vacation. The outdoor terrace is very nice for breakfast and an aperitif with friends. The location is ideal for discovering the center of Skala, for shopping and evening outs, but it's also extremely quiet. Absolutely recommended.

The hosts were super helpful and welcoming. They provided us with all the products for the bathroom, kitchen and breakfast in the morning. They changed the linens in the middle of the week and they came to fix every day. A highly recommended accommodation.

We were welcomed by her daughter Poppi and informed about everyyhing very well. There are delicious treats in house for us:) she asked if we need anything and she was soooo interested. Location: It is very close to one of the most beautiful beach on this planet, so we walk only 10 minutes to reach that paradise. Also, there are bus rounds to Scala. Just follow guys. Beside all of these, the house was clean, cozy. Very close to the café in the town. Please be ready to hear warm “hello” from people of neighbourhood. In few hours you’ll feel yourself home. We often prefer Airbnb, and this was the best experience of our family thanks to Poppi and Sofia :) i hope we’ll come again♥️big love and thanks

I had an amazing stay at Patmos Horizon, Sapsilla. My ferry arrived late at night but Tasso met me at the port, helped with my bags, and brought me home to show me around the place (which looks just like the photos and is right on the water). He had a welcome basket of food, drink, and toiletries for my stay so I didn’t need to go shopping. Wonderful little patio area outside where I could drink coffee, eat breakfast, and lay out with views of the beach/water. The beach is literally steps from your door featuring clear blue water with umbrellas/lounge chairs available for your use in what feels like your own semi private beach. Tasso knows everyone and can give you local recommendations for food/drink. Benettos and Loza stand out. Make sure to visit Chora, to see the windmills, Monastery, and the cave of the apocalypse. Worth getting an ATV to explore the island and take in the scenery. Island is a perfect place for a peaceful retreat and I would def come back again staying with Tasso.

The Kampos Hilltop house was a beautiful place to stay whilst in Patmos. It's in the north of the island, close drive to the best beaches and is situated high on a hill with a stunning view across 2 bays within a private and peaceful setting. The house itself was clean, modern and has a huge outdoor terrace. Fabrizio was a gracious host and provided superb restaurant and beach recommendations from a local's perspective. Would definitely stay again the next time in Patmos!

How do I even begin to describe this place…it’s……just….perfect. In every way. I will be booking it every year for this time so no one else please book it ever again thanks:)

We had a privilege to be the first renters of Eric’s house and we definitely felt like home. The house is greatly equipped - had all appliances (washing and drying machines, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, microwave…), had all kitchenware you could think of so that the cooking experience was a pleasure, had a great wifi and cable tv. We also very much enjoyed the central house location in Skala so that everything you need is 2 min walk, and at the same time quiet, surrounded by a garden with fruit trees (figs are delicious 😋) and its terrace where you can have a meal or a just a drink. The 2 real bedrooms with very comfortable beds and without a sleeping area in the living room was also a comfort we enjoyed. Last but not least, the communication with Eric was smooth and he was very proactive and attentive to every single detail to make our stay perfect. - and it was definitely perfect - thank you again and again 🙏.

We spent a good two weeks in Danjel's beautiful apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment is located in a quiet street from which you can walk to the beach and also to the center of Pythagoreio in a few minutes. Parking was no problem in the nearby public parking lot. The apartment is very spacious, so you can easily spend a longer time there with two couples or a family with 2-3 children. Everything was super clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. The two terraces are also great. Danjel is a very friendly host who was easily accessible and responded quickly to inquiries. We highly recommend the apartment for a stay on Samos and would be happy to come back!

Anna is a wonderful host, very communicative, thoughtful and kind - she baked fresh cookies which was a lovely touch. Her apartment is beautifully located and designed, extremely comfortable and the rooftop terrace is a real bonus. We definitely hope to return and cannot recommend highly enough.

This place is truly special—tucked away with direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach that feels like your own little paradise. We were lucky that the apartment above was vacant during our stay, so we also got to enjoy the much larger terrace, which was a fantastic bonus! Maja is an incredibly kind, responsive, and generous host who made sure we had everything we needed. We spent a week here working remotely as a duo, and aside from a couple of brief WiFi hiccups, the connection held up well for video calls. Thanks again, Maja, for being so thoughtful and making our stay so smooth!

We just left this place in Léros and had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious and the view was simply beautiful, a real feast for the eyes. Our host was very thoughtful when picking us up from the port, which made our arrival even more enjoyable. We loved exploring the island, discovering delicious restaurants, and enjoying the different beaches. The kindness of the locals also added a warm touch to our experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable stay at Léros!

It is our second stay at this lovely apartment and we can’t wait to return! The place was spotlessly clean and fresh, and we felt very cosy and welcomed upon arrival. The apartment is spacious, it has comfortable beds and linen, a large kitchen with useful appliances (well-working stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, and others), and the shower had warm water and good pressure. The house is ideally situated in a quiet part of town yet very close to all shops and restaurants. We thank the host for making it such a nice experience!

This airbnb is great. One minute walk from the beach (if that). Spotlessly clean. perfect for a couple. You can do basics for breakfast but not particularly set up for cooking - however given that there are several restaurants nearby there is no need to cook. The hosts own a nearby cafe and we used their deckchairs for one day (and next door). Perfect simple lunch and delicious doughnuts. Highly recommended. We walked up to Higgins bar on the clifftop for sunset drinks one night.
