My stay was brief but it was amazing. The place is even more beautiful in person, everything is impeccable, full kitchen, very clean environment. Ricardo welcomed me very well and was very kind. I hope to be able to come back more often. We love it!

the condominium is a paradise and Lu's chalet is very well located in front of the pool near the heated pool restaurant. There are many birds, lots of trees, beautiful flowers, amazing place. Her house is wonderful with a fireplace, good shower, clean bedding.

I spent 1 quiet night. It is a kitnet adapted for the basic functions. Backgrounds, no noise and privacy. The bathroom is narrow, the shower is good and the towel is dry on the electric heater. I didn't cook, but you can prepare quick meals. The entrance to the building is a commercial gallery. Doorsmen are friendly. The host was agile in contact with me. The negative point was a cat smell that seemed to be coming from the neighbor.

The accommodation was excellent! Everything is very well organized, welcoming and in a prime location, close to everything. The host Ana was exceptional, she welcomed us with great sympathy and kindness, as well as offering great recommendations on what to do in the region. I recommend it to everyone who visits Itaipava!

The house is quite comfortable and has a great view. We ensured great moments for my family and friends. The host and co-host are very attentive and dedicated. The Galician lime feet in the backyard contributed to the experience positively. I highly recommend it.

Super cozy and spacious house, a wonderful view, from the house you can see the flag of the crooked street up close! Just below is the crooked street and the entire center of Miguel Pereira! Marcelo's place is perfect! We were in a group of 10 people and they were all very well accommodated and comfortable. The description and photos correspond exactly as the house is, but, seeing the house in person, exceeded my expectations. The house is very well taken care of and has all the items for you to prepare your meal, including a barbecue by the perfect swimming pool. The location is also perfect as it is very close to the center of Miguel Pereira. Even so, the house has a lot of privacy and tranquility. Marcelo's place provided a landmark experience for our family.

I've been on the platform for a few years and this was certainly the best experience. David is extremely attentive and proactive. Made us feel absolutely at home. The place is fantastic and delivers a little of the history of Brazil. Walking around Quitandinha is a beautiful entertainment in itself. Impeccable bathroom, comfortable bed, cleanliness, comfort. Still overlooking the famous lake. The experience was 100% positive!
