The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.

Hiking trails are at the end of the cul-de-sac. Great for cyclists, walkers You can also visit castles: Loches and its impressive keep, as well as its famous market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, Montrésor, Le Grand Pressigny...

Welcome to the countryside in a fully renovated house, the exterior is being developed, close to troglodyte caves near Descartes, city of the philosopher. In this region you can discover the Futuroscope and Family Park 40 minutes away. The Parc des Mini Châteaux, the Aquarium de Touraine, and the Zoo de Bauval are 1 hour away. The casino and thermal baths of La Roche-Posay are 30 minutes away.

My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Sheets and towels are not provided, possibility to rent them, ask the owner.
