Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi
