Presente inoltre locale con sauna e ellittica. Possibilità di parcheggio interno. Da sempre appassionati di animali, abbiamo con noi cani, gatti, cavalli e asini che vi accoglieranno. Annex in an old farmhouse overlooking the hills of Monferrato and the Alps. Independent entrance both on foot and by car. Large fenced garden (about 1200 sqm), swimming pool (unsupervised 12x7 meters, depth from 90 cm to 220 cm) with trampoline and convenient masonry ladder to enter and exit. Canopy with wood-burning oven and barbecue with table and chairs shared with the owners. Table with chairs under the veranda for guests, sun loungers and deck chairs.

Autentica montagna. La casa si trova nei pressi del Parco Naturale del Mont Avic e a 3 km dal centro di Champorcher. L'alloggio è in una casa indipendente, situata in una frazione piccola e tranquilla a 1600 metri di altitudine; potrete quindi godere di pace, intimità e una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie alla mano in cerca di sport e natura, relax e tranquillità o smartworking.
