Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, 200 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία, με εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση περίπου 400 μέτρων, ενώ πολλές άλλες παραλίες βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. It is possible to rent it together with a separate cottage for 2 extra people

Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Levantes, is a beautifully renovated stone house that serves as a guest house of Villa Mevis. The room is located in the center of Paxoi island, close to the village Magazia. Due to its central location, it offers quick and easy access to all points of interest (beaches, villages). The property is surrounded by the scenery of olive groves and traditional masonry. The courtyard offers an amazing view to the Ionian Sea and Lakka Bay and is the ideal destination to enjoy a relaxed vacation.

Azalea House Holiday Villa in Paxos

Azalea House is a small cozy house nestled on a slope with stunning view toward the sea. Newly renovated, the house is located in a quiet residential area of Paxos Island, just a short drive (10min) away from the central town of Gaios, which makes Azalea House the ideal place for a peaceful retreat. The house can accomodate up to two persons, distributed between the double room and the large sofa bed in the living room, and offers a colorful private garden , pool and off road parking.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Villa Alba has been recently renovated. It combines traditional stone construction with small modern touches. It is located in the center of the island in the village of Platanos. Many beautiful beaches such as Kipiadi, Kipos, Kaki Lagada, Alati are very close to the house. The house consists of an open space with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

Vintage House Gaios center

Family, or couples are welcomed at recently renovated ''Vintage House'' !!! Located in Gaios village, within a few minutes' walk from restaurants and bars and a 5-6-minutes from the nearest beach ! The self catering accomodation of Vintage House consists of two A/C separate bedrooms (a double and a twin one) and one bathroom. There is a seating/living room area with sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Air conditioning, fridge, stove ,TV.

Paxos In Square (Studio Poseidon)

Paxos in Square Apartments are located in the central square. They are fully renovated, while located in a picturesque cobbled alley. In a very close distance you can find many facilities. They are surrounded by restaurants , taverns, while the cruiser for Antipaxos is just 40 meters away, only 50 meters from the bus stop. Also, you do not need transportation to access the ferry and hydrofoil, as they are in very close proximity.

Ο ταξιδιώτης θα απολεύσει τις διακοπές του σε αυτό το ευρίχωρο διαμέρισμα το οποίο βρίσκεται μέσα στον οικισμό του Γαίου και σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την προβλήτα που φεύγουν τα καραβάκια για το νησί των Αντιπάξων ,καφέ εστιατόρια, φούρνο,super market αλλά και μπαράκια για χαλαρό ποτάκι.Δεν έχει φασαρία και το πρωί από το παράθυρο θα απολαύσετε την ανατολή του ηλίου.

The seaside house
