The house is located on the east coast of the island, in the beautiful bay of Kipiadi, thirty meters from the sea to which you can reach with a direct descent. Ideal for families, even with small children, it has outdoor spaces from which to enjoy an evocative view of the Ionian Sea and Epirus. The nearest village is Longòs, reachable by car in 5 minutes, where you can appreciate great local food in taverns overlooking the marina and the best bread on the island.

The studio includes a wonderful setting of fully equipped kitchen and a living room all in one spacious environment. The windows face the garden and the amazing view of Lakka bay. Outside we have a nice terrace with amazing views of the bay and a private jacuzzi. You can use the shared pool and the shared sitting and dining areas with exceptional views.

The studio is in the center of Gaios ,on the coastal road, in a green alley overlooking the sea. All are next to you.Nightlife ,shopping,beaches, parking and activities for families. Facilities: clean and attentive environment, welcome package, comfortable mattresses, kitchen,washing machine, hair dryer,iron ,aircondition ,pharmacy. My place is good for couples,one person, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Loggos Panoramic Views Electra

Loggos Panoramic Views is close to a bakery and a mini market. All the shops, bars and tavernas are nearby. The village is on the main bus route with great access to many beaches. There is a motorcycle hire company in the nearby. Apartment Electra has also Netflix. For Welcome Pack, the owner will provide: olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar, Jam, juice, water at the fringe.

The Old House

The house was built in the 18th Century during the Venetian occupation of the island. It has been the residence of the British Governor and the National Bank of Greece among other things. It was restored in 2014 as the waterfront vacation home of its owners and in 2018 with new sound proof Windows installed so it has everything you need for a great vacation.
